Love their Rosemary bagel. The staff was less than stellar. The woman who made my bagel waved the bag at me when it was ready.

Ordered Sausage Egg and Cheese on Pumpernickel Bagel on the Bruegger App this am. Ordered at 0700, arrived to pick up at 0710. Lights were not on but several employees were inside behind counter prepping to open. I went to door to check sign and supposed to be open by 0700. I would have left but I ALREADY ordered and paid via the app. So I waited by door for 10 minutes (they saw me waiting outside - it was raining...) they were waiting for me to leave lol. Finally someone came to door and told me it would be another "10 minutes or so". I asked if they could just cancel my order since it was already paid for on app...they said "ok", I asked if they needed my name or anything she said "ok" so I gave my name and showed her the app order. She seemed bored and bothered that I was even there. If I get charged via app I will contest it with CC company. Horrible service, unreliable hours, cannot trust using the app (first time I tried the app!). Employees do not open store on time. Zero care for customers....
Update - my CC was indeed charged for the order I never got. THey didnt even bother to cancel the order like they said they would. Nice Job.

Every time we order ahead, the order isn't even started by time we get there. When we get there and ask about our order, it takes them 20 minutes to make two sandwiches. This is not the fault of the employees, they are swamped and completely overwhelmed. The owners should consider hiring more staff and managers need to streamline their processes.

The customer service was very good. I was greeted when I walked in. The lady that was making my food was singing, she has a very good voice! My food was great!

Pastrami bagel was good but didnt have very much meat and cheese, definitely not worth $10+. Ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel and it was apparently sliced with the same utensil that sliced an everything bagel, so it tasted like a cinnamon sugar garlic onion bagel. Paid $1.69 for cream cheese and there was MAYBE a tablespoon of cream cheese on the bagel. Disappointing.

Right on the corner of Hughes and Old Madison Pike, this location is convenient, and seems well run. Their food was fresh and pretty tasty, and the employees were helpful and friendly. There's plenty of room inside for dining. The parking lot is a little small and cramped, but it's not a busy location so it's not an issue. Would go again.

This was our second time eating here. The first time the sandwiches were SO good and we were excited to eat here again. Today we ordered two farmhouse and one western. The western was on the wrong bagel, both of the farmhouse sandwiches are so wrong we can't even figure out what we were actually given. The only correct part of those sandwiches were the bagels. Very very disappointing. Only giving two stars since the first time was as good as it was.

If you love bagels you will LOVE this place. We had 3 different bagels all were amazing. Definitely won't be wasting time or money on breakfast. Cashier could have been friendlier but the cook was super friendly and helpful.

These are hands down the best bagels I've had anywhere in the southeast. If you like bagels, you'll love this place. If you don't... why are you reading reviews about a bagel shop?
I can't say how they stack up to real New York bagels, I've never had one. But they're certainly the best I've had.

Got a smoked salmon bagel. It’s $9, and this is all the salmon I got. Plus, the bagel wasn’t toasted.
