This place has come a long way since they opened. First few times I got coffee here my coffee tasted burnt and very watered down.. it was not the Dutch bros I knew and loved from CA, OR, WA or AZ … prior military..& I’ve had a lot of Dutch bros in my lifetime. But I went again this past weekend and OMG so good!! Glad I gave them another shot and I will be back again for sure. 🥰

I absolutely love this place is coffee but today March 3 time this week that I have pulled in and ended up pulling out of line and going to Starbucks when there was only two or three customers in line and the wait was over five minutes to even take my order …..

I've given dutch bros so many shots and somehow it's disappointing every time . I was So excited to have Dutch so close to my house but every single drink I've tried just tastes like milk in a cup. There's never any flavor - from syrups to extra shots I've tried it all. I think their drinks are so heavy on the milk/heavy cream that it overpowers all other flavor profiles. I don't like my lattes to be strong and even I wanted more coffee taste. If you like strong coffee I suggest you steer clear.

Customer service is always a 10/10 though! Nicest and most enthusiastic staff ever!

My girlfriend and I went yesterday for the first time. Gigantic line that wraps around the nearby shopping mall, but it moves insanely fast, similar to a Chick-fil-A.

The woman taking our order was friendly and helped us figure out what drinks we'd like. She said she smelled sunscreen and asked where my girlfriend and I were going and I said it was a surprise. We got engaged later that day, so it was definitely a good surprise (Now dutch bros is a special thing for us)!

The woman taking our order made awesome recommendations for us as first-time guests according to our individual tastes and we looooooved our coffees. She was stoked to help us out. We can't wait for the plano location to open :)

So so so excited that Dutch Bros is starting to expand in Texas! I was raised in Arizona and grew up with Dutch Bros literally everywhere. I try to tell all my friends that this place is 10/10 way better than Starbucks and now I can prove it to them! Hopefully they keep expanding in all parts of Texas!🤩

Great quality and good prices! Tastes so good! It was my first time going and i will go again! UPDATE Sid at this location is the absolute best and sweetest employee!!

Would give more stars but 5 is the highest I can give. The staff is always friendly and engage in conversation during the wait time. Best tasting cup of coffee, no matter what you order. And definitely can’t beat the value!

At first I thought the line might be too long, but I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. My server, Sebastian, was courteous & enthusiastic. After a few questions about my coffee preferences, he made a recommendation that I was very pleased with. Great job, Sebastian!

This was my first time here. The person who took our order was really nice, but my coffee was water down and not sweet enough. I got the Carmelize cold brew. I drove 40 min for worse coffee then Dunkin’. I might try again later.
