Dutch Bros Coffee

Interesting experience . Weirded me out a bit when the kid tried to get a bit 'urban' when taking my order. Told him it wasn't necessary and to keep speaking the same as he was prior to seeing me. Anyway, beverage was good and it did not water down in the heat which was impressive The young lady at the window was very nice and provided great service.

Not just the best coffee and flavours, but also they have the friendliest team, ordering through the window which is the fastest way to go if there’s is a long line at the drive through. They do accept tap payment method which makes it easier n faster. Must try their cookies, soooo good!

I’d like to start by saying I usually really enjoy this location and adore the two brothers always working. However, this evening I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and attitude I received. Everyone knows the “oh I asked for iced” mistake but if I began my order with three hot drinks and specified specifically to avoid this issue then who is in the wrong? Regardless of a mistake, a customer should never be given attitude back such as “they are lying they asked for iced don’t give them drinks.” In addition to her being unable to accept blame, when suggested we be offered the iced drinks for free she vehemently protested in the back as if we could not hear from the window. I did not accept the drinks because I wanted hot, as I asked and paid for. I didn’t catch the young blonde girls name but the way in which she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. Starbucks may close early but at least the staff is always accommodating and able to accurately take orders.

LOVE IT! I am so glad to have this new Dutch Bros location so close to home.

This location definitely doesn’t disappoint. Service is excellent, fast, and very friendly.

It was very cold outside on my visit, and I felt bad for the girl standing outside taking orders. I asked her if she was doing ok, and she said she was bundled up and warm. So, it made me feel better knowing she was ok and enjoying her job. The woman in the window was bubbly and friendly. She asked me about my day as we waited for our drinks. A visit like this can really leave you with a great feeling, and makes you want to keep going back.

Our drinks were ready within a couple of minutes, and everyone was satisfied as we drove on down the road.

If you ever find yourself on Custer Road in McKinney, I highly recommend you drive up the road to the Dutch Bros and check it out for yourself. There is definitely something for everyone here.

I had my first Dutch Bros Coffee today and I'm very impressed! Great coffee and service, even with the lines wrapped around the building. They were organized and staffed to handle the long lines. The staff was trained well to provide very friendly and helpful service while moving the cars thru quickly. It took me back a few years back when Starbucks provided this level of friendly service. The Vanilla Cold Brew tasted great as well! I'm happy to say I have a new home for coffee.

Lexie was so nice and amazing taking our order! All the drinks were special ordered and she got it all correct :-) She is very personable and friendly!

Dutch Bros in McKinney has any kind of coffee, tea or flavored drink you could ever want. I’ve been there 3 times in the past week and I ordered the Hot Kicker; delicious. My son gets the flavored teas. You can tell the new coffee house is a big hit when you see the long line of cars going through the drive through. No there isn’t a speaker to talk into to place your order , your order is taken by cheerful young employee eager to assist you with the many choices of teas and coffee at an affordable price. I highly recommend Dutch Bros for your Coffee House needs.

I came here for the first time and I'm so impressed! The employees were all so sweet and helpful with explaining all the drinks. I got a blended Coco Mocha, and it was delicious. The sizing and pricing was so great! A medium here is the size of a Starbucks venti, but 3-4 bucks cheaper. Definitely my new favorite coffee shop.

I love coming here because the employees are always so nice and talkative. It really is such a nice experience. The drinks have never disappointed either!
