Dutch Bros Coffee

Thankfully the area is getting a second location! This one was quicker than any other location I’ve been to.

Amazing !!!! Doesn’t matter what time or who makes our drinks they always taste the same . That’s huge !!! Super sweet staff .

First time I had dutch bros was in Oregon, I was pretty happy to find out they were building one next to my house. Been multiple times for both coffee and other drinks. Haven't disliked anything I've ordered so far. Even though the lines have been long they are very fast and diligent on getting orders in and out. I don't drink coffee much but when I do it will be from Dutch bros.

Customer service is so great! Everyone is very happy and every employee is conversing with each drive thru guest. We had Matthew for our order taker he was so kind and nice. He’s working hard out there in that sun! I tried the Golden eagle it’s so good! I’m a partner at Starbucks and we have high customer satisfaction expectations. But everyone at Dutch Bros has high energy and are very happy to be speaking with us and serving us. I’m stuck between Dutch Bros and Armor Coffee they taste very similar and they’re my favorite coffee joints. (:

I am giving this 5 stars because of the good customer strategies. While other places close the drive-through window in your face until your order is ready, at this place the girl at the window was making conversation with each client. Sure, it was just small talk, but, hey!, it's so much better than a closed window. Many people appreciate this kind of customer approach!

My family is SO happy this town FINALLY got Dutch here! We moved here from our of state and it only took about four years until TX FINALLY got one! I LOVE the different varieties of drinks and how they change up by the seasons. The drive thru is a little long for wait time but considering back in Cali, we'd sometimes wait up to 45 mins to an hour, I guess isn't so bad here. Dutch really needs to keep stickers more on hand, on a DAILY basis. As I always seem to miss them. And really, think about all the FREE advertising Dutch would get if they gave those stickers out more often, so people could see it. The only real complaint I have avout this place is, when it was first opening, my daughter interviewed and she wasn't hired (although she has experience, is an outstanding person and employee). Dutch missed the mark on that one for sure!

I was so excited for Dutch Bros to come to Texas and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Great flavors and totally kept with the quality. The best part is the amazing staff they have hired. Meeting their trainer Billy was the highlight of our experience! She is the embodiment of hospitality and care, with so much knowledge! The staff at the window was jamming out so friendly! So glad it’s close to my house, I’ll be there every day!

Dutch Bros Coffee was recommended to me by a girl who had moved here from another state to help set this location up. She told me I should come in and try their coffee. Normally, I wouldn't have done it but I was in the area and decided to stop by and try it.

I'm glad I did.

I take my coffee plain - black, no sugar - and it's hard to find someone who does it right, especially a certain large, national chain. Fortunately, this place does it right. I actually don't live close to this location but whenever I have the chance I'll gladly drive a bit out of my way to get their coffee... and the awesome little sayings they have printed on their lids are a nice bonus!!!

I had never been to a Dutch Bros but was in the mood for a refreshing flavored drink. The friendly young lady manning the drive-thru asked a couple of key questions and found me something amazing (Palm Beach Iced Black Tea, I think was the name) The service was friendly and quick, and the drink was delicious. I would absolutely return based on this experience.

Being from the Pacific Northwest I'm accustomed to Dutch Bros delicious coffee. This location is new and was extremely crowded. The wait was quite a bit Ionger compared to the stores in Washington or Oregon with the same crowds. I'll definitely be back after the newness wears off and the staff finds their rhythm...
