Dutch Bros Coffee

I love the energy of this place! Instead of “my pleasure sir” it’s “yeah, cool dude” in the most polite way. Does that make sense? Also nitro brew is amazing and the vanilla caramel Dutch soda is crazy

I came to Dutch Bros at 10:50 on Tuesday morning the line wasn’t long and I was expecting to get out rather quickly I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me but both employees out there were chatting with their friends. Not long before one boy headed inside while another girl stuck with one car the whole time. I spent another 10 minutes trapped in the line before I was able to bypass the line and get out without even ordering. I understand they value customer service but this was absurd. I was very disappointed. I have never had a bad experience with Dutch bros before but this has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Great customer service and as a first time but a Starbucks drinker this was yummy and price worthy. I feel like this will be my new go to. For 3 of us it costs us 18.00 compared to the 30.00 at Starbucks. Btw download the app so worth it and I can't wait till the Princeton location is complete and open for business. I had the nitro brew with and extra shot and almond milk my hubs had a mocha freeze with an extra shot and almond milk, then the kiddo got himself a yummy freeze.

I absolutely love this Fun coffee place. Try the Medium Caramelizer (Freeze) or Picture Perfect (Freeze) NO Whip cream. I will say the couple last times I ordered the picture perfect it's had too much on the Drizzle so if y'all can cut back it will actually be PERFECT Again!!! Haha that's my only complaint... Love the customer service and drinks!!!💓

I’m so happy a Dutch is finally by where I live! Coffee is soooooo good! Starbucks who? I mean it has flavor! Every damn time it tastes good, not 1/2 the time or less … PLUS the staff is super friendly! They actually TALK to you and ask how you are etc. lol love love love

This Dutch Bros absolutely made my day. I forgot my wallet at home and they gave me my drink free of charge. They don't even know how much it meant to me.

I have never in my life left a review nonetheless a bad review for a company, or someone working there, but I felt compelled to write this one because the service I got here was just terrible. I had gone to Deutch brothers the day before and ordered a sugar free Irish cream coffee with almond milk. I got it no problem. They were amazing ! However the next day I went again to get the SAME exact thing and this older (maybe 40s) blonde sporty looking lady who took my order was extremely condescending. I asked for the same thing and she acted as if she didn't know what I was asking, I told her again what I wanted and let her know that I had ordered it the day before and she goes "okay well just to educate you, it's called a kicker and it is breve" like ARE YOU SERIOUS. She kept pushing the matter and trying to give me something I DID NOT WANT. I just wanted and almond milk coffee with sugar free Irish cream I told her, but nope she didn't stop. She kept telling me the name was the kicker and the coffee had this.. I told her I understand but I do not want breve I want almond milk.
Eventually I got so frustrated, And I just gave up. I wouldn't have minded the correction, but she acted like the God queen of all coffee houses. My cousin who was with me and I just looked baffled that she acted that way. And when we left her a tip she started acting super nice all of a sudden. I love this place, but employees like that definitely ruin the experience.

I am so happy the second one in Texas is only 3 miles from my house!! Can't wait!!

Drive thru is unorganized, no one seems to know what goes into these drinks. Asked for a sugar free drink, like it says on their website. The stuff that there "sugar free" syrup has in it is NOT sugar free and to top it off after ordering a sugar free drink they put whip cream and candy on top. So I had to go home and throw TWO drinks away cause they don't know what SUGAR FREE means!! Someone please train employees!!

Awesome service and love the iced coffee I’m gonna definitely be coming again. It’s worth the drive. I’ve always heard about Dutch bros and finally had the opportunity to stop and try some. Keep it up y’all.
