First visit here, what a nice place! Lots of seating for a small shop and friendly, kind staff. They have a drive through and a nice cold and hot cabinet of pastries and sandwiches which they are happy to warm for you. Their coffee smells great (not burnt) and they have coffee alternatives if you prefer tea. They serve beverages both hot and cold. They are still learning how to operate and manage traffic flow, so the wait time is about 15-20 mins. Beignets served warm and lovingly dusted with powdered sugar! Coffee tastes amazing.

The interior is small and cute. They have lots of outlets for charging and comfortable booths. The coffee here is good and the beignets are hot and wonderful. The staff is new and is learning to manage the traffic flow, especially near close, but overall nice service!

Really enjoying this place. Ambiance is great, coffee is very good, and the chocolate chip scones are well made. The staff is good. We have started going by about once a week and will continue.

My only complaint is the music volume. People go to coffee shops to talk, read, work, decompress, and a host of other things. I could be wrong about this, but I am betting no one goes to a coffee shop to hear the music and here you can clearly hear the music. Could we please get a little less 'entertainment'?

Coffees not bad. I had the sweet wedding cake cold brew, you can taste the coffee in there...its not all sugary. The chocolate crossiant was nice and fluffy (kinda costly..$4 something). The beignets were awesome though. They come in 3's. Similar price as 1 crossiant but much better. Service is great, very friendly staff and helpful. Clean environment. They have some outdoor seating but it faces the busy Custer rd so its a lot of car noise. But its nice and quiet inside.

I LOVE this coffee shop!! I've gone to PJ'S every day this week. The coffee is amazing and they have options for the dairy free folks, like myself. The beignets are addictive! Most importantly I have interacted with several members of the staff and EVERYONE has been polite and welcoming!

This was our first time here. We were not impressed with our drinks. It was watered down even with an extra shot. Starbucks is better and that's not saying much. It wasn't special and didn't hit the wow factor. It's not a place that I would frequent or ever go out of my way to ever go back. When you walk in there's confusion as to which way the line forms to place an order because of the layout. We were not the only people confused because it was the first time for others that walked in that didn't know where the line formed to place an order also. It's obvious you place the order at the register but the layout is terrible because it cuts through the seating area if the line is long.

Their matcha is better than Starbucks, IMO. Definitely less sweet. The breakfast sandwiches are too, and they have fresh beignets, which honestly can't ve beat. My team loves it when I bring fresh beignets in for them.

First visit this morning on a rainy day... Went thru the drive-thru. OLIVIA assisted me with an AMAZING SMILE & we had a great conversation, while my coffee was getting ready! I Love Olivia working the drive thru & look forward to seeing y'all all the time! I will be a regular. :-)

I just don’t understand why the Beignet machine is broken after a month of opening. It’s the same suit the pj coffee on 380. They could never get the beignet machine to work before they closed for good.

Look, I love PJ Coffee, but the beignets are what keeps me coming back because they remind me of home. Please get it fixed asap so we can have coffee and beignets. Thank you.

My husband and I received burnt coffee for our espresso drinks. My husband thought it I was his taste buds until I tried mine and it was very repulsive. We will only buy the chocolate croissants there and grab coffee elsewhere.
