Came here for a cup of coffee, which was really good. But, with the smell of cinnamon on the air we found out there were cinnamon rolls just about to come out the oven... Left with 2 of them and wow, one of the best I've had in a long time. They were soft, moist and just awesome with fresh made frosting drizzled on top. Forgot to get a pic though because I was too excited about them.

My wife and I went for breakfast. Limited seating and not many tables for just 2. Breakfast redeemed the establishment itself, Kolaches had biscuit dough. Tacos were MASSIVE, but sadly lacked flavor. Chocolate croissant was nice. As was a warm cinnamon roll. Short staffed, but we went just before the lunch rush. Decor was fine, and a lifelike Western mural was a nice touch.

This is a neat little coffee shop and the sugar cookie was really good, but when I say they close at 5 PM I mean they lock the door. My coffee was cold and I had to get them to re-heat it for me🤔🤷‍♂️. One would think they would check that but I guess I'm wrong but with superior than thou attitudes who am I to question? The town of Fredericksburg in my humble opinion is EXTREMELY OVERRATED and when I realized the majority of the shops close at 5 PM I was stunned to say the least. In a tourist town you need to cater to your visitors but again I would be wrong. I gave them a 4 because we all have a bad day ( you can keep the superior attitude) and serve cold coffee every now and then and the sugar cookie was extremely good so stop by before 5 PM and get a sugar cookie but I dont RECOMMEND anything else..

Well so much for this place. New owners. At 830am Saturday morning no coffee is ready. This place use to run like a fine watch with awesome coffee.

Coffee is good, kolaches and Avacado Toast are pretty tasty. Service and attitude...I dunno, could use some attention.

Perfect little country Coffee Shop in Main St. The cinnamon roll was soft and gooey, yummy!
