Awesome presentation on my Latte! The people behind the counter were super accommodating and super friendly and awake at 7 am. Atmosphere welcoming and totally laidback. Great surprise to see pastry and cooked food on the menu. Special note the Ranch Road Burrito was delicious. - highly recommended stopping in to get it. Totally filling!! Check this place out.

The barista was extremely knowledgeable and nice on top of that. Adorable space to sit and drink coffee. I ordered an iced cortado that was perfect, and my husband ordered drip that he loved. We also picked up the Hill Country Blend to take home. Great experience overall.

Casual, fast & yummy! Cool presentation of tasty avocado toast were so good. Yummy muffins! I don’t do muffins usually, however, those are balanced in taste and softness. Tea! I discovered Orange Assam tea.

Stopped by Caliche Coffee Bar for a morning pick me up. On this stop, I had the Vanilla Latte and it was perfectly crafted. The shop is small but there is seating for those who choose to dine in. They have a variety of pastries and hot sandwiches on there menu as well. The baristas are also very helpful if you need assistance in choosing a drink.

Very trendy, millennial, cute coffee shop! Loved the drip coffee. The staff was super helpful and shared info on their roasting process! Big fan of the decor and wallpaper with the colors chosen. Recommended to stop in! Would have liked to try the pastries if hadn’t just eaten breakfast.

What a surprise! New addition to this quaint down. The owner also has a couple of well-known restaurants(Otto's)/hotels nearby. They are all within the walking distance. We ordered the latte and the bagel/Shakshuka and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend for a quick bite and enjoy the Texan hospitality.

Great coffee and excellent staff! We stopped in for a quick bite + caffeine fill and the folks at Caliche were so helpful in helping us plan our stay in Fredericksburg. They provide maps of the town center and were eager to help us figure out the lay of the land, going as far as to circle the places we discussed. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and many patrons brought their dogs out to the patio. I also watched as one of the baristas made a cute (caffeine free) drink (assuming hot chocolate) for a toddler, and showed her how to pour the milk to create a heart (much to her delight)— so I’d definitely put this place in the kid/family-friendly category. Overall solid food/drink options and a great vibe!

Fun coffee shop with great coffee and great vibes (great food too)! I had the Savin Latte, which had house-made syrup. The steamed milk was very foamy but didn’t take away from the latte. To eat, we had the chilaqiles, breakfast sandwich, and breakfast burrito - all were great!

Espresso is quite good here. The pour over takes between five and ten minutes, but that's the nature of it and it's definitely worth the wait.

I wasn't sure if the kitchen would live up to the coffee, but they really did. The eggs benny used thick cut ham and a very substantial muffin. Hollandaise was perfect and the eggs were poached beautifully, with firm whites and runny yolks.

Overpriced food, not a bad place to have a breakfast but it seems too much money for a bread with an egg above… that was whatI had. Latte was good, nothing spectacular but good. A place with an interesting outside patio, I liked!
