This place is awesome!! We had the Mexican Mocha which has vanilla, Himalayan salt, cinnamon, spicy chocolate with espresso! It tasted amazing, so much so that we bought the spicy chocolate pyramid. We also got a mint dark ceremonial chocolate and we loved it also! Perfect blend of flavors. The little cup of chocolate is the ceremonial chocolate and the larger cup is the latte. It's a pretty large size as well so my husband and I shared one. They also have a point system so if you sign up you'll rack up points when you buy drinks. We'll be back!

Found this juice/smoothie/coffee spot in the back of The Peach Basket. I got a smoothie and a latte. Michael, one of the owners of this small, locally owned business was super friendly and prepared some awesome drinks. He and his wife started Frisch 3 years ago and it’s still the only legit juice bar in FBG! Highly recommend!

The ONLY place in Fredericksburg for fresh healthy juice and smoothies. They buy from local organic farms and take great care in the way they develop juice recipes. SO DELICIOUS. And so so fresh. Haven't had flavor like this since the Pacific Northwest.

Michael and his team are dedicated to the BEST quality and it shows. My favorites (so far) are the Almond Joy and Flu-Fighters. The celery is AMAZING in the morning. The smoothies are also delicious and on a cold day, I prefer their bone broth to coffee every time.

I called my order in (in advance) for several juices and they were ready for me to pick-up next day. Easy, fast, and no time waiting inside. Clean and friendly. Also love that off street parking behind The Peach Basket!

These are the best smoothies!!!!! I go to this shop from Tuesdays to Saturdays and I just can't seem to get tired of them! They are full of flavor!!! Wow!!! And healthy!!! I have tried many smoothie shops, but this one is the best!!! My favorite at the moment would have to be the strawberry shortcake. This place is definitely a MUST TRY!!

Super cute juice bar, friendly service, organic ingredients! It looks like Michael really cares about each drink — and it tastes like it too! Highly recommended! Especially the juices with fresh mint!! But also the smoothies!! It looks like they are still adding cools stuff to the space too - like signage and menu board and shelving. Can’t wait to see how cute it turns out!

This place is delicious! Owners Michael and Monica (and baby Eloisa) were kind enough to let me snap a pic. The bone broth is incredibly delicious.

The drinks are delicious and the owner is conscientious. No shortcuts on ingredients, you receive the nourishment you are looking for!
