Sunset Grill

A must do while in the hill country. The food here is amazing and we had a very nice waitress. The food came out very quickly. I wouldn’t recommend the coffee as it tasted like it had been in the pot burning for several hours. I had the avocado toast with smoked salmon and it was amazing. The eggs were poached to perfection, the avocados were perfectly ripe and they gave a nice serving of salmon. We sat in the covered patio area which had eclectic decor and was quiet.

Cute little breakfast spot off the main road! We arrived right after they opened at 8am and it was already busy. We were sat immediately but by the time we left an hour later, they had a line out the door. Very tasty food and hot coffee - definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! My only gripe was our server was less than friendly.

So delicious! You must stop here! The Buckhorn burger is AMAZING and so is the Mexican coffee! The staff were sweet. I also treated myself to goats milk lotion, that smells so good! Highly recommend.

A great little place to grab breakfast. We were hoping that it wouldn't be a wait when we came but sadly there was. We waited about 20 minutes so not too bad. We got a half booth. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. When she came to get our drink orders, we also ordered our appetizers and our breakfast. The baked brie was amazing with all the extra toppers with it. The fried zucchini was ok. The breading just kept falling off so I wouldn't recommend it. For our breakfast, we order the Sammi Benedict (I think that's the proper name) and for this dish alone I would return. It was amazing. I wanted to try something new and boy did they deliver. I recommend that dish to anyone who loves smoked salmon.

Great breakfast brunch place! I loved my eggs Benedict. The coffee was great. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Fast and friendly staff.

My girlfriends and I closed out our weekend at this deliciously popular brunch spot. We got lucky and scored a spot at the bar (not advised for those looking for something more intimate). Each one of us ordered something different and left fully satisfied. Next trip to Fredericksburg I will be eating here for brunch, no doubt.

Thank you for great breakfast! Hubs said best Bloody Mary ever!! French toast was awesome and my daughter is now obsessed with yogurt and granola. Such a good variety of classic eggs/ meat and more adventurous ones with chorizo or seafood. Well done!

Great service, food, and location! I had the banana French toast and my husband had the ham and eggs with a biscuit that he said was amazing. We got the yogurt to go for breakfast the next day. It was huge.

had the maui mimosa and the big a** sandwich with sweet potatoes fries. bf had the blue cheese burger and we both loved our dishes. the lettuce was crispy and food came out promptly. over all a great experience.

Conveniently located off main road. No wait but I hear that’s not typically the case. Great menu. It was hard to decide but we had our hearts (stomachs) set on biscuits and gravy. It did not disappoint. If I went back and they said there was an hour wait, I would wait.
