Caliche Coffee Bar & Ranch Road Roasters

We had a great visit to Caliche Coffee while in Fredericksburg! We got our coffee to-go, but my hazelnut latte was delicious. I am looking forward to coming back the next time we are in Fredericksburg, and enjoying my coffee in-house this time!

This is a cute little coffee shop, but the coffee is just okay and the food is not that good. The breakfast burrito was terrible. They should try to add some flavor or salsas to improve the taste. Actually maybe start over with a new burrito. We ordered a couple of coffees, one a vanilla latte and they were decent. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the store itself was nice.

If you are looking for a place of magic and love, stop here. From the start Will and Georgia greeted us with smiles and laughter. I could go on and on but just stop in if you want to start your day with the best. If you come in just remember “Kindness is magic”

Caliche IS the BEST coffee shop in Fredericksburg!! Georgia is the sweetest barista we’ve ever met! Also, the gentleman that works alongside Georgia is a very nice man! We ordered drip coffee with a pump of vanilla, sugar, and almond milk. Wow!! Very delicious! You will not be disappointed!!! Yum! Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was so tasty! We ate there twice in the last two days. They are extra nice and dog friendly which is a big plus

This is such a cute little coffee shop with a wide variety of delicious and affordable coffee and food. The owner Elizabeth was so personable and kind. They even have art for sale throughout the shop. We will definitely be returning every time we go and visit.

Very good espresso (Brazil Pantano), roasted in house. The backyard patio is fairly pleasant for a quick rest.

Lovely little spot, the coffee has good flavour and their local roaster is decent. Cappuccino pull was closer to latte in volume, but still, it tasted good.

Great coffee, atmosphere, and lovely people! I stopped by Caliche for the first time recently and I will be sure to return next time I'm in town.

I was introduced to Caliche through my family's business -we worked with caliche to make some t-shirts - and I thought they were super nice to work with and I'm really glad to know about their shop now!
