Java Ranch Coffee & Provisions

The food was great and the atmosphere was neat. The drinks were a little on the sweeter side but overall tasty. I would recommend, however, that a person just pick up their food and drink to go because the dine-in portion of the restaurant is very crammed and seems like an after-thought. They could also invest in maybe a worker or two more, the people working there seemed over-swamped with orders since it was such a busy place. Overall a great place for specialty coffee and food!

Great atmosphere and layout. Easy to find. One person taking orders and one person making the drinks. Very fast and the medium hot sugar free vanilla latte (they were out of almond milk) was excellent.

We went in for coffee. Was recommended by the bakery across the road. We were not disappointed. The lattes were good. Loved the vibe. Friendly service.

Country look inside with affordable coffee. They have large and small Kolaches and muffins. Very spacious and peaceful atmosphere. It's a bit simple menu, but worth it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Every time I go to Fredericksburg I pass this little coffee shop up, but I stopped today and wow the coffee was tasty. The store is cute and the mural on the wall is so fun. Only thing I would recommend they work on is the customer service. The young girls that work there were a tad bit rude and didn’t greet anyone or provide a single smile.

The coffee was good. Cute place. Not much options as far as food but was not the reason for visit. I typically do not EVER leave reviews, and if I do they're usually not bad ones. However, we were tourist and I felt like we were highly taken advantage of. 2 large coffees & 2 small breakfast items we were OVERCHARGED (estimated 32$). We even left a tip. I called the company twice and gave plenty of opportunity for them to fix the issue. No phone calls from a manager or owner was EVER returned. Not a great way to run a business if you ask me... lesson learned and hopefully this never happens to anyone else. Again, I don't ever leave reviews. Only reason I gave a 2 star is because the decent coffee.

Worst coffee I've ever had. Ordered a vanilla cap and it was extremely bitter and bland. Makes a gas station coffee seem 20x better than this place. Spend 1/4th the price get twice as much with 20x the flavor at a 7-11 and walk pasg this one in Fredericksburg

Love that they also serve breakfast. I had an iced salted caramel latte and it was perfect. Not to strong. Loved the shirts, mugs, and other gift items as well. Friendly staff and prompt service.

This place is amazing. Slight breeze came in and we had to get a coffeee and walk the streets! Highly recommend anything on the menu.

Breakfast ham croissant was 8/10 (bit to salty), Iced mocha 8/10 (could have used more mocha), peach pie to go 2/10 (60% crust, little fruit), smoothie 0/10 (no real fruit, seem like Kool-Aid), tea OK. Muffin, bran, 10/10.

Service 1/10 Saturday morning busy their system of delivery and pickup of items is confusing, jumbled, and very inefficient.

I recommend you avoid this place on Saturdays, unless you love muffins or are prepared to be underwhelmed.
