Java Ranch Coffee & Provisions

Good coffee spot. I usually get an Iced Vanilla Latte, always comes out consistently good. I love that they use small ice cubes.

They do serve pastries and I believe some breakfast and lunch fare. I have only had their pastries: cranberry muffins and blueberry muffins are amazing!!

So cute inside. I really wanted to like it... But the food was disappointing, to put it mildly. I got a breakfast burrito and the eggs were not fully cooked. It also contained no salt at all, or really any taste. It was like eating soggy flavorless mush wrapped in a tortilla. They also messed up my coffee order - I asked for oat milk and was given regular. For some ppl that could be a pretty bad mistake.

The raspberry mocha was so good!!! Get one 😋

Our dog was welcome to stay inside here. He was given a whipped cream treat too by one of the baristas which we really appreciated! Also a great place to work from café, wifi connection was pretty great and there were electrical outlets on the floor near the tables!

Wonderful coffee and delicious pastries! I would highly recommend their honey vanilla oatmilk latte and a warm cinnamon roll! Java Ranch was a great coffee spot to take a break while exploring the many many shops on Main.

My husband and I had the biscuit and it was one of the best biscuit we ever had. The biscuit was soft and flaky plus the eggs, sausage, bacon and cheese was a great combination. The Texas pecan coffee was amazing. When we come back to Fredericksburg this is the place to get coffee and breakfast! Loved it, great atmosphere! highly recommended!!!

I got a latte and it was very excellent. Shop is clean and it does have an inviting setting. Only issue I had was that the employees seemed pretty distracted. They never called out that my order was ready and left them on the counter.

Pretty nice place you've got here. Cute western themed coffee shop with pretty good coffee. We got 2 iced coffee with flavors added to them and while the add in flavors weren't really strong/pronounced the overall taste was really good. We also sat and had a lemon bar which was also pretty tasty. I think it was something like $3+ for the lemon bar and such but it's a tourist town and I think Starbucks charges just as much so, eh. When we went the shop was almost empty and sure enough we were there 20 minutes to close, but the staff was as friendly as if we'd arrived 2 hours before close. Very kind and very fast with our orders. I think when you consider the atmosphere, and the food together, this is a nice little stop for a pick me up.

Great lil coffee spot. We stopped in while visiting Fredericksburg. I had the peppermint mocha. It was very good. Fast friendly service with a fun atmosphere.
