Came in and ordered a simple iced coffee. The place was nice and clean.

Amazing coffee! My husband gladly fed my coffee addiction during our recent stay in Fredericksburg because he says they have the best Fraps, ever. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to my list of questions for my food sensitivities (all of Fredericksburg was actually, I didn't get sick once, which is such a massive accomplishment!)

Oftentimes, customers would get confused with their drink orders. This is because most of the drinks only had what they were on them. I would suggest taking names, as I noticed it caused a hold-up.

The coffee was wonderful and was probably one of the better ones I have had in a while. The service was alright. Wait time for lattes and other non blended drinks was exceptionally short, so that was wonderful.

Blended drinks often took a bit more time.

Not impressed at all. The menu online is not what is on the menu here. When I informed them I was told that the old owner had the access to the website and they are waiting till it expires. What was there were older Kolaches stall and not impressive at all. This part of Texas is known for Kolaches no excuse for this. This places survives only as a tourist trap on the main street in Fredricksburg.

Great coffee! My husband and I got iced lattes with soy milk. I loved that they offered a dairy alternative! The lattes were actually really good! The decor on the inside is unique. I loved the bullet Christmas lights hanging up. Definitely recommend if you are in Fredericksburg! It was also really clean and the staff was friendly!

Excellent stop in Fredericksburg. The coffee is good, the pastries are amazing. They have a nice selection of everything. Plus they have a excellent collection of towels and coffee cups with fun sayings on them. Opens at 7 which is good for a tourist town. Only the donut shops on the other side of town, read not downtown, open earlier.

Rose machi and green ice were excellent. The French toast, red velvet muffins, and sausage koloches were fanominal!!! One of ours favorite stops in Fredericksburg.

Had an Americano - made by Christian and Ren - using their custom process.
It was really good, and I highly recommend it.

Came in there when I was having a severe allergic reaction- incredibly helpful staff and so so sweet. Ordered a coffee after the incident and it was spectacular. 10/10

Sadly I'm disappointed. I ordered two large coffees one with cream and sugar and one with a shot of espresso and carmel. Pictures of what I got. If the barista was unsure I wish she would of spoke up. 😕 The line was too much and they were to slow for me to get it remade correctly. Taste good though. Just mixed my espresso with gas station coffee.
