Caliche Coffee Bar & Ranch Road Roasters

This place rivals my 2 favorite coffee spots in Austin as far as beverage quality/taste. My husband and I visited this spot every day (sometimes twice a day) during our recent weekend trip to Fredericksburg. It can get a little busy, but if you're not in a rush it's worth being patient. My favs were the chai latte & a seasonal drink I think called the Fritz(?): mint lemonade/green tea mix. Staff were super friendly too :)

Very smooth espresso. Good maple and pecan scone. They roast their own coffee.

Great food and great coffee. I had the green chili chicken grits and they were delicious. Inside is cozy but they also have outdoor seating

Coffee and breakfast were delicious. Extremely kind waitstaff and atmosphere. Sit out back if you'd like a cute cat to accompany your visit. He may not be an expert conversationalist but he is a cute muse that will bask in the sun.

First time there. Very cozy. Friendly Staff. Quite popular gathering spot for locals. Had a Mediterranean dish with egg for breakfast. Very tasty and high quality. Enjoyed vastly. Hope to return. Highly Recommended.

I ordered a cappuccino and it was one of the best I have ever had. The lady that helped us there was very nice and polite.
By the way, the store is gorgeous.

Delicious cold brew + lots of add-in options. I added coconut milk and sugar-free caramel. So good. My husband got a standard latte, which was also delicious. We enjoyed a molasses and pecan scone that was perfect. Great environment! We'd absolutely visit again!

Such a cute little cafe located in Fredericksburg! The owner was very friendly and even though we managed to arrive not long before closing she made us some delicious coffees to go. They do have spacious eating areas but we were to close to time to sit down and enjoy. I am not a flavored coffee kind of lady but I can happily recommend their mini cappuccino, a double shot with less milk than their regular cappuccino. We will return when we are back in town!
