Very good coffee and best avocado toast in the planet!

I’ve been through Caliche about 5-10 times, and not on a regular schedule - yet somehow they always remember me. I go out of my way to get coffee here for the yummy roast and super friendly staff. I have walked right in and been served, and have stood in a line wrapped around the shop and waited for 20 minutes because it’s just *worth it.* The food is great and fresh, pastries soft and incredible. Will always come here and recommend it to my friends!

Nice light food for a coffee break or a meal. Great bread with the toasts. Very nicely presented. Pretty patio for enjoyable visiting.

Absolutely stunning environment! All details were well thought out and the drinks are delicious. I ordered a green tea and matcha latte from the friendly staff member and it is a great drink. The back patio is a lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of Main Street!

Really cool place. The employees are really laid back and the food is amazing! I got the avocado toast and my wife for the eggs Benedict. Get here early cause they will be a line and moves fast!

Coffee is good but they don’t fill it to top and was pricey for what other places charge around the area

Super friendly staff. Don’t sleep on the Green Chile Chicken and Grits; best thing I ate all weekend.

A great little (and quite popular) coffee shop!

It was a cold and dreary Sunday morning, so no wonder why this place was busy on this visit. I had a latte with almond milk and sugar free caramel, and it definitely warmed my soul. Their coffee was made just right, and I really like how they have so many syrup options.

Would recommend!

This is such a cute coffee shop with great breakfast and lunch options to go along with your coffee. We came here twice on our weekend trip to Fredericksburg and loved it!
