Wish I could post a negative star. We have been doing Krispy Kreme fund raisers for 9 years, at least two a year sometimes four. We sell between 800 - 1100 DOZEN donuts/coffees and certificates. We had a slight mix up on one style of coffee - five decaf instead of five smooth. We used the Cayce store only because Aiken doesn't do delivery yet and with that many, we need it delivered. We asked, since we had someone coming to Aiken, if we could simply exchange five decaf for five smooth (and we needed to purchase two more smooth) and were told NO, we HAD to go back to the other store. It's the same product, not an extreme amount of exchange, and would have gone a long way to us establishing a fund raising relationship with the closest store for when they may get delivery in the future. Well, not only will you NOT get our fundraising business, but I won't use your store personally either. Thanks for being cooperative and working with us to help us out of a slight mix-up. NOT a very good first impression of your store.

Doughnuts, A, Cashiers, A. Went yesterday evening and there were large piles of bad doughnuts on top of the machines, under the machines, on the floor. I have been in many KK stores before and never once seen that much mess. Finally one of the great cashiers moved to the back and started to remove some of them. Meanwhile the young man continued to do nothing but stand around. Hope you can hire more great employees like those cashiers soon!

The moment you walk inside, the delicious aroma of warm, fresh, sugary dough wafts your sense of smell into a state of euphoric bliss; as if the tasty desert pastries are actually heaven on earth!!!! If i could of; i would have bought the actual donut shop in it's entirety..

Messed up order not once but twice! Then only filled up my drink halfway, even though it cost almost $4! Did service standards go out the window after only 2 years open?

An excellent Krispy Kreme experience. They have done an excellent job getting the hang of seamless service since they have opened. Relatively short waiting times with an overall friendly staff makes for a quality visit.

So , the wife stopped in today and ordered a dozen glazed , and two chocolate iced creme filled . Paid . Was given the box of glazed and left to go on her way . She got the clerk's attention , and pointed out that she was missing the two creme filled . Was given a bag of two chocolate iced iced . Checked the bag , got the clerks attention AGAIN , and pointed out the mistake . Clerk grabs the bag , throws it in the garbage , and finally hands her the right order . Now , the store was not mobbed when this happened , and she didn't get as much as an apology ! Great customer relations Aiken Krispy Kreme !
