My husband went in to get me some donuts 20 minutes before they close (I understand they run out of things and that’s not why I’m annoyed). As my husband was asking for something he was cut off by a rude girl behind the counter. This isn’t the first bad experience with this store either.

The doughnuts were a lot smaller than other cities for some reason in this KK but the shop was nice. Showcased the making process for everyone to see which is a nice touch to the ambiance. Parking lot was full when I came and the drive through line backed up all the way to whiskey Street. Don't come here on a popular hour or you'll be waiting in that crazy line.

This location is NEVER aware of the national deals that Krispy Kreme sends to customers. so you can't guarantee to get the deal unless you have a smart phone on you. Right now, you should be able to get any sized ice coffee for $1 for nearly a week - and they had no idea about it and didn't honor it. Earlier this month, had a birthday reward, they said it wasn't on my account. Came back with a printed email and SURPRISE it was on the account. Seems like it's a training issue with how to use their own system since this has happened repeatedly at this location. Frustrating to go in for a budget friendly treat and not be able to enjoy the discount and treat. If I wanted to pay full price - I'd go to the much superior Dunkin. Also, this coffee was definitely burnt. Not returning.

Only 3 stars because why can’t they make more of certain doughnuts when it’s literally a doughnut shop like you can make original all day but you can’t make the pumpkin spice cinnamon swirls all day...I feel like if you’re gonna run a limited time doughnut you need to make them all day not oh we ran out that’s fine we’ll just say we’re out...gonna lose business like that I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to make them all day no matter what type of doughnut it is...

Horrible customer service. Stopped by this morning to pick up 1 assorted dozen for one of my customers. 3 cars were in drive thru, after 4 minutes of waiting and not moving, I pulled around to go in. 1 customer in line, and none waiting. After a few minutes the cashier was still trying to figure out how to ring up the one that was in line.(possibly new, understandable) Another cashier comes up and takes my order and then the 2 people that were now behind me in line. 4 more minutes go by, so I ask for a refund. The young girl that took my order hands the lady behind me her order at the same time. I stated that waiting 5 min in drive thru, and then over 10 min inside was ridiculous. With attitude she said "they're other people in front of you" was one person in which my order was completed and paid for before they even finished with hers. Manager comes out to see why I requested refund. Time stamp on receipts don't lie. Manager had no concerns about rudeness of employees or trying to make right.

Oh my goodness! I just had the privilege of savoring a Krispy Kreme doughnuts while that famous light is on and all I can say is that I'll never look at a doughnut quite the same after that experience! It was overwhelmingly AMAZING! I went inside for the first time and the amazing smell only made my craving worse! The staff was super cheerful and sweet which just made this choice an all around slam dunk! Don't change a thing!!!
