Dutch Bros Coffee

Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! I had just got my tooth pulled and the guy sympathized with me and made me the most delicious strawberry smoothie. Its always a great experience going here ❤

Staff is usually pretty friendly and efficient. Drinks tend to be overpriced sugary bulls hit that can't be altered because they come from a purchased mix.

While I've only seen Dutch Bros in Oregon, I can't say for certain they're a locally owned business. I think of the beverage selection as "average American coffeestand" rather than Oregon quality.

We Love Dutch Bros! We travel a lot and visit a Dutch Bros almost almost every day that we’re on the road. It is almost always an incredibly awesome experience. Not at THIS location, today! Pulled into their parking lot in a van towing a trailer. The drive thru exit clearance was way too tight, so we pulled in and parked (one person stayed in van in order to move in case our van hampered traffic) partially in their drive thru lane. Business was incredibly light and there was only one car at the drive up window. I jumped out of the van and went to the walk up window to place our order and dude (tatoo sleeve right arm and wearing black ball cap) refused to take our order and told me to move our van into a regular sized parking space. Anybody with decent eyesight would’ve realized that a van towing a trailer could never fit into a regular (non pull through) parking space and that to even attempt such a maneuver like that would end up blocking the entire parking lot and drive thru access. Additionally, such an attempt would then require the assistance of a tow truck in order to extricate us and remove what would then be a “hazardous obstruction.”

Not wanting to become famous on a You Tube Epic Fails video, we obviously chose not to comply with the idiotic request. In making such a drastic decision, the local Gentry were deprived of something entertaining to gawk at, a tow truck driver didn’t earn a nice tip ( with a story to tell), and we, so desperately in need of coffee, we’re forced to seek our daily sustenance at an alternative coffee source!

Such a sad experience for many!

One of the better kiosks in town, seriously! Compassionate, fun-loving, hardworking, fast, and I've rarely had my drink mixed up or incorrect at this one. PLUS it's on the EMX line and by the Eugene Station- huge bonus!

My son and I drove to Eugene to visit my Little Ducky in College. He told us we HAD to try this spot. Gotta love a drive thru with cute VERY nice and helpful girls. The coffee sure got us on our way back to Cali. Very Yummy Coffee, will def pass thru again!!

Employees are fine. Service is great. It’s the customers. Who park their cars in the middle of traffic. You guys will do anything for your coffee, won’t you?

Me personally I don't drink coffee but my kids like the not so hot chocolate so if they are happy, I'm happy as a parent. It's worth it.

Nice place. I'd say too much sugar in most of the drinks I've tried off of their menu. Tastes good though.
