This place has good coffee. But the avocado toast is outstanding. The ricotta cheese sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning really makes it taste good. And the toast, whatever bread they use and it's thick cut, and they add an entire avocado on top. I also had them fried egg and put that on top. Excellent.
Baked goods are also good, lots of variety. But the avocado toast is really the thing to get. I would come here daily. Internet access in case you need to work. Older clientele. Easy parking. Great atmosphere. Half of it is quiet and wood decor. The other half is a little more Cafe open feeling with tile and local artwork. Again, must highlight the avocado toast.

Café with spacious, industrial-vibe interior. Food options are quite extensive and every item we tried were well put together and tasty. Coffee was equally good and organic juice (made in-house, I think) tasted fresh. It takes a bit of drive to get to, if you are passing by Eugene via I-5, but I think it is worth a bit of detour.

The Coffee here is pretty good and the baked goods are excellent. They have gluten free and vegan options. Their breakfast burritos are really good and their house hot sauce is very good. They roast their coffee beans in house right next to where you can sit so you can watch them roast the coffee beans and it makes the whole coffee shop smell amazing

Literally my favorite coffee place in the area. The food is SO yummy, and the iced dirty chai that I got is one of the very best that I have ever had, if not the best. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming - I try and come at least twice a week. Amazing service, all of the staff is super helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

Had good quality of coffee and own baked pastries .
Mazzer Grinder and Lamarzocco espresso machine with choice of single Origine coffee bean and house reposting bean .
Proper percentage of Americano .

Wonderful spot. I do miss some of the pastry options that seem to have become absent since that pandamnic thing. The coffee is delicious and this is my go to place for stocking up for my home espresso supply of beans. Wish they would offer eggs Benedict. I feel like they may be the only place to get them right and do so consistently.

While I loved the urban vibe and atmosphere, sadly I wasn't a fan of the pastries or coffee. We ordered a vanilla latte made with oatmilk, a yerba mate latte made with oatmilk, a vegan banana muffin and a vegan blackberry pecan breakfast bar. The vanilla latte had a nice foamy texture, but the drink was not strong enough, It could have been benefited from an extra shot of espresso (and I generally don't order my drinks with an extra shot). If the drink had been a bit stronger I think it would have been excellent. The pastries were beautiful, but both were very very sweet, and missed the mark for me. The banana muffin was topped with a very large amount of coarse, raw sugar. I do feel that this ruined the texture a bit. The blackberry breakfast bar had a very thin layer of blackberry, it seems like it was really only there for color, the fruit flavor was not detectable. It tasted like sugared oats. I do tend to like sweets, but I did feel that everything at Coffee Plant Roaster was overly sweet, at least for my tastes.
My gripes are all based on personal preference and taste, nothing to do with the customer service. I found the employees to be friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean. If you're into very sweet pastries this may be just the place for you, but I'm not likely to return.

It wasn't too busy and it had a lovely atmosphere!! The staff were really nice and despite us having a rambunctious toddler, we were able to have a lovely cup of coffee. My husband and I both prefer sweet coffee but ended up ordering things that weren't sweet. That, however isn't the staff's fault. We went for the latte art, so we ended up ordering things that aren't sweet. That said, it was still lovely.

On a cursory search, we were thankful to see what looked like could be a nice coffee shop to sit and sip and enjoy a pastry. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, well designed space. Most important of all, we were greeted by the kindest, most passionate barrista we have ever met. They were extremely pleasant and genuinely stoked to be working Christmas Eve and slanging coffee. They really truly made our entire day with their good energy.
Thank you!

We ordered the breakfast burrito and avocado toast with a house coffee and tea. My only complaints are that the avocado toast, which was beautifully portrayed on the website with an abundance of edible flowers etc, actually comes out on a thick cut, dry piece of bread with NOTHING but avocado and an overwhelming amount of red pepper flakes and that the availability of the items on the menu are largely inconsistent from day to day. The coffee is very acidic, but decent. Otherwise my breakfast burrito was phenomenal, the staff are patient and the environment is really nice. I also like that they have vegan/gluten free options!
