Dutch Bros Coffee

I love this Dutch Bros and the staff here. Always a positive experience.

These young fellas are very polite and cheerful.

Wife and kids drink were fine but my birthday drink (birthday 🍰) was not. Came back with no sprinkles and no flavor. Just coffee and soy milk :(.

Traffic hazard, extremely slow. This is the slowest Dutch Brothers I have ever been to, and the most dangerous given their traffic patterns.

I am not a coffee drinker, but I love a good Italian soda. Sadly, they have inexplicably stopped having the cherry syrup. That's my favorite flavor. But the raspberry is acceptable. I love to support Oregon based businesses, so Dutch Bros is on my list of favorites.

They should watch the lines better to see who was in line first. I had to wait for six cars because they didn't notice who came first. And another customer got mad at me because of the confusion.

Always had the best drinks. 911 blended will forever be my favorite. Had to take a break due to medical issues. Not that I'm allowed the caffeine again I have been disappointed on both my visits. Went on my birthday excited for my annual free cup. Was sad to hear I now had to have mobile app. Went again today. After paying and including my tip was told my punch card with 9 out of 10 punches would not be completed or transfered to the new mobile app. Very disappointing that they no longer honor their traditions.

I was ROBBED here this morning for $4.25 for a Café Americano after asking for 5 sugars in my Americano of which they DID NOT put in....the Americano was undrinkable so I returned to get another Cup of which they REFUSED to make a new cup they said they would give me 5 sugars to add myself and said NO you should make me a new Cup...of which I pointed out on the bottom of the Cup it states "Guaranteed to Satisfy" and again I asked for a freshly made Cup of what I originally Paid $3.25 plus $1.00 tip...OF WHICH AGAIN THEY REFUSED...SO YES I WAS ROBBED $4.25.
A undrinkable cup of coffee that went in the trash.

And to Add insult to injury... this 2nd time thru I had to wait 15-20 minutes in line as someone ordered 8 different drinks.
MY ABSOLUTELY LAST EVER DUTCH BROS EXPERIENCE..
If I want this kind of treatment by Coffee service employees I will just go back to Starbucks where the Coffee is far more Superior...
I mean come on Dutch Bros employees this IS NOT Rocket Science or Quantum Physics it's Coffee just Listen to THE customer when they order a coffee....
If I could give 5 negative Stars I WOULD...

Kids were happy with their watermelon frost drinks, staff was super helpful and giving offering sprinkles and stickers for the children. Coffee was refreshing highly recommend Dutch Bros.
