Dutch Bros Coffee

My favorite Dutch location! Always super fast even though they're a pretty busy location. The new Dutch app also makes life so simple with payment and tips.

They are always so cheerful and happy. The coffee is amazing and the service can't be beat. It's my favorite Dutch Bros in Eugene. No matter how bad of a day I'm having, whoever is working the window that day makes me smile.

First time there, they gave us our drinks for free and it was far better than Starbucks! It also felt more personal, even as a drive thru, they get your order before you get to the window in person and not over a intercom. All in all, I will go back plenty of times.

I go here all the time and I honestly love the drink selection and the staff are always so nice and upbeat. they also are perfect at their jobs. I love how they own up to mess ups and make it up to you and are just super positive! Keep at it dutch

They always are nice even when you can’t always tip them...which I typically do, but worth mentioning that in situations where I cannot- their smiles and service don’t change. Just wish I could get my hands on a Dutch Mafia hoodie or even a sticker! Good run.

I’ve been a consistent regular after moving on 11th, so conveniently on my way to class/work!It can get busy sometimes in the morning especially fifteen minutes before 8 or 9 because everyone is grabbing their coffee so I go a little early but not that much earlier since they’re pretty speedy with their orders. I always order a vanilla bean mocha or hot caramelizer, satisfies my sweet tooth better than any other coffee place! Also the employees are sweethearts, always asking how my day is going

My order is always perfect and I love the staff at this location.One employee has a smile so big it can light up your entire day if u let it. If u want Fantastic service, this is definitely the DB for you.

According to the Nextdoor app for the Friendly Neighborhood, a young girl, who missed her bus from North High School had to hike up River Road in growing darkness, after being spurned at both the 7-Eleven and McDonald's on that route, when she requested to either make a call or plug in her dead cell phone to call for a ride. It was getting dark - and when she arrived at this Dutch Brothers, they not only let her call, they gave her hot chocolate while she waited for the ride she'd hoped to get miles earlier. This Dutch Brothers outlet has always been super nice when I've stopped there, but I am going to tip them extra the next time I am at their window, because this is how everyone should treat children who are in need - help them.
