Dutch Bros Coffee

Let me start by saying I'm new to the coffee experience. I started drinking coffee in the last 2 years to deal with massive sleep deprivation not because I love coffee. Having said that, I started stopping at this Dutch Brothers on the way to work in the morning. I don't know if all Dutch Brothers are like this or if the one on West 11th is unique but I can say they're doing something extraordinary with the staff team here. Having been a staff trainer for the past 20 years I can say from experience that it's difficult to build this welcoming, joyful presence that the staff bring to their work. It has really made my day some days to stop and get a cup of coffee and experience smiles and laughs from the staff team. I never drive away from this kiosk without a huge smile on my face.

I go here everyday M-F. I don't understand why it's so difficult to have my coffee consistently made correctly. 1/2 sweet should be easy.

I've always loved Dutch Bros but when my car died right at the corner in front I sure didn't expect them to come and try to get my car started and then offer me a free coffee and a shady place to wait for the tow truck. Thank you so much! Dutch ❤️

I'm not a coffee drinker and never have been. So, I'm thoroughly pleased that Dutch offers beverages that don't contain coffee. Their smoothies are AMAZING! Strawberry-banana is my favorite!

Line was long on both sides! FINALLY someone came out to take orders! People really nice, but HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!

This is an Oregon-based company that opened more than fifteen years ago by two brothers from Grants Pass. The customer service is as good as their coffee!

I love Dutch Bros in coos county so I went here to grab a tea and coffee for my daughter as we drove home . First we waited 25mins then we ordered and they didn't even give us the correct drinks .My daughter got a grass Hopper and there was no mint in it. I ordered a palm beach and got something else. I will never go to this Dutch again. .

Amazing staff, delicious drinks, charity fundraisers, and so much more dutch bros on w 11th is the place to go to get a happy bright start to your day! The whole crew is really what makes this location so awesome.

This is one of the better locations. They've messed up a couple of my drinks but this is a really busy spot and if you tell them they will always fix it. Great staff as well, super upbeat and happy.

Super friendly staff always making you want to come back. One time I was even given a free drink because they were having some difficulties with their register so they could keep the line moving. They are all about keeping their costumers happy!
