Exceptional coffee and service..WAY BETTER THAN “Starsucks”...give this place a chance you won’t be disappointed, although the drive thru wait time is a little long (which is understandable with the Covid situation) it was well worth the wait..employees were really nice and attentive.. and they also sell really cool shirts!!! Can’t wait to try their cream freeze next time.

The staff was super friendly and the butter bear coffee I got was delightful!! I like the layout of the store, and one of the owners personally cleaned off the seats so we'd feel comfortable sitting in as we move into Phase 2.

Staff is friendly but the wait time is terrible. They only seem to care about drive thru customers. Sae a guy wait 15 minutes for a plain coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. I ordered 2 lattes and 2 sausage and egg bagles and waited 25 minutes. Absolutely terrible I will not come back to this coffee shop again.

Almost cried today because of how rude and inconsiderate one of the workers treated me. I was so excited to come to this new coffee shop and heard how great it was supposed to be..that was NOT the case. I ordered a simple drink off the menu and the lady taking my order clearly was new, but I treated her with the upmost respect. when I got to the window she had messed up my order pretty bad and I apologized and said I was sorry if she heard me wrong THEN the manager came to the window and was rude and asked why I was being so confusing and I immediately apologized again and the manager could obviously tell then I was not trying to be difficult, so then she reprimanded the worker for her actions and when I FINALLY got my drink she about tossed it in my car and gave me the dirtiest look.
my advice to the management: treat others how you want to be treated.

Love going to Biggby! They have been really friendly even during the hectic times. The frozen drinks have been great. And they have the color changing cups which my kids love!

Great! Went through the drive through, pretty quick, and options are incredible! You'll find something you like!

Excellent coffee! They have so many options for lattes! I highly recommend checking out the website before you go, especially if you're indecisive or like to try new things. Very friendly employees. Good rewards program. I will definitely be back!

Prices are not bad. Great customer service and the drinks were outstanding. The names of the drinks were cute like the teddy bear, that was delicious.

Tuesday was my first visit, but it won’t be my last. Yay for BOGO! The drinks were great and not a long wait at all.

I recently discoverd Biggby. I now drive out of my way several minutes to get my coffee here rather than the big chain. Good coffee, quick service and friendly barista's.
