Biggby Coffee

Was hoping to use their catering for coffee and hot chocolate at my wedding in mid February. Was referred to them by another Biggby and told how nice they are. Spoke with Melissa in January and thought we were getting somewhere. She needed to ask a question of the owner so she had to follow back up with me. No problem, she said she’d call back the next day. I waited three days with no call. I call and Melissa isn’t there so I leave a message. A week passes. I call AGAIN and she’s there but she can’t talk, so I leave another message. Now it’s 10 days til my wedding and they are still radio silent. The other Biggby who referred me even said they’d reach out on my behalf. Still nothing. I have other bad life events going on so it may just be me but I can’t help but feel ignored and that they were just hoping I’d give up. I wanted to give Biggby support because I liked them, but I feel hurt and extremely let down. Guess I’m stuck with Dunkin instead…

Edit to respond to owner: that’s all I was honestly trying to do was get to-go boxes of these items, nothing fancy. I wish some form of communication could’ve been made so I could clear that up for you if that was why you just never responded.

My first time visiting and the staff was wonderful in helping me with my coffee choice. The sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich was delicious so I will be back for more.

I’d rather go here any day over Starbucks... Yumm!

Absolutely love the employees and owner! We come here every weekend and when we can on week days. Great service super friendly staff and the best coffee ever! I bought a hoodie from them that's amazing and yes I use it for unpaid advertising lol. Highly recommended by my entire family!

Never visited there but I have witnessed the blue biggby Corvette speeding down the interstate extremely fast in heavy traffic. They won't get my business.

Very nice local family, awesome drinks and food! Highly, highly recommend!! Pictured are the Caramel Cheesecake Latte(limited time), Nutty Squirrel(I believe that's right) and Jalapeno bagel and cream cheese...mmmmm, so so good!

So far I have not been enthused by the handcrafted beverages (hot, cold, or iced), but I do like the regular brewed coffee.

Everyone else I know loves their handcrafted beverages, and maybe I just haven't found the right one.

I don't go often, but went in yesterday for a bagel sandwich and coffee (following a very poor experience elsewhere the previous day).

My coffee was delicious, but nothing about my bagel was correct. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on an asiago bagel, and got a ham and cheese on asiago. They were very apologetic, and offered to remake it, but I was in a hurry, so I told them it was fine, I'd eat it anyway.

They were so very kind about the whole incident, that I decided to go back today for a second attempt and was not disappointed. The SEC bagel sandwich was the best I've ever had.

Based on my experiences, I think they more than earned their 5 star! I will go again.

First time at a Biggby! Staff was very nice and patient, whole place was spotless, drinks came out fast and tasted very good. Planning to go back next time I'm nearby!

Ordered normal latte they put old moldy milk in my cup and it curdled up when I called the manager seemed oblivious to the situation and offered to replace the drinks

Best place for coffee around. Actually tastes like coffee instead of sugar concoction. So many choices and service is awesome.
