Biggby Coffee

I made a quick stop for an espresso. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte. The barista did a great job. It was perfect - flavorful but not too sweet. The drink was hot. I would definitely recommend checking out Biggby Coffee. I’ll be back!

Wonderful experience directly after dinner. Decided to get dessert here and surely wasn't disappointed. I just about let the staff member who took our order pick my drink and it came out perfect. Iced caramel marvel. Will definitely stop here again.

Really, really great coffee. It was “free extra espresso shot” day today so that was awesome. They were also doing buy one, get one free on the cookies and donut holes — they weren’t so impressive, but the coffee made up for it.

Fresh, hot, and delicious coffee is served here! They also have a plethora of lattes as well as flavored syrup to add to your coffee. They have bagels, muffins, and huge chocolate chip cookies. It looks like they get the cookies from somewhere but they taste extremely fresh. My son got one and it was incredibly soft! I ordered plain black coffee and it was brewed fresh! Highly recommended!

I’ve never had a single bad experience here! Their drinks are perfectly made each time, with an insanely wide variety of flavors and combinations for syrups. When you get hot food delivered, they wrap it in foil so it 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝘀 hot and their bragels are just phenomenal. They have a new drink for fall that’s half chai, half pumpkin spice and it looks amazing. Plus, the people who work there are always so friendly!

I needed a pick-me-up so I stopped here for 1st time.
Got reg coffee with non-dairy milk & loved it! (I usually use non-dairy dry creamer if that tells you anything)
And I tried the Energy Drink - Dragon Blast! WOW! Taste Buds I didn’t know I had EXPLODED!
Everyone, and I mean everyone here was more than polite, they are truly happy! (Maybe they drink those energy drinks!) Can’t say enough great things about them!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Biggby!!!Best coffee around hands down! I've had hot, iced and frozen and love them all. Super friendly great customer service, Kate is the absolute best! Also, the bragels are delicious! Also love the social media posts.

I gave 2 stars to be nice. I paid $7 for a medium Irish cream cold brew (because it had oatmilk?) I don’t even spend that much at Starbucks, even with oatmilk. And I did not like it at all. Really, worst $7 I’ve ever spent. Could have gotten something much better for cheaper at *bucks. I called to ask about a refund but the manager very unapologetically said they don’t do refunds. Overall staff is nice, but I won’t be back.

If you are interested in actual coffee, this is NOT the place to go. They know nothing about coffee other than how to use the espresso machine, blender, and sugar pumps. The manager told me Macchiato was a Starbucks word that they don't do 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ The young girl that took my order and made my coffee was a very good employee who will do well in life. She is the 3 stars for service.

Want to pay extra for non-fat milk? Me either! So I chose their competitor. I've been going to this place since they've been open. This must be a new policy. I understand paying extra for oat milk or almond milk but nonfat milk? Very very poor business practice!
