Had a really great coffee experience. The barista was helpful in guiding us in our selection. They have several specialty latte options along with non coffee options. Fun interior with plenty of seating.

This is the absolute best coffee spot in NC. The atmosphere, the staff, and the coffee are all superb. Shout out to Kourtney, Devan, and Mariah for being the utmost and best baristas a regular can ask for. The customer service here is phenomenal and I’d like to thank Kourtney for always making me feel welcomed anytime I come by and Devan for always asking how my day is. Highly recommend trying the blended All My Joy, the Sweet Foam Tiramisu, or ask Kourtney about the blended creamsicle!

Great service with a smile. Such a smooth frappe. Lattes are also so amazing. They are creative and make fun kid drinks as well.
Great coffee for a good price. Great music selection. Veteran owned

ABSOLUTE BEST COFFEE in the area!!! The customer service is outstanding & the prices are fair. Sometimes there is a line to get in the door, but they move fast so the wait is never long & ALWAYS WORTH IT!

I came here with a group of friends for a mom's morning out and it was a great experience!!! I am not a huge coffee drinker, but I tried the salty dog and it was delicious! I was a little overwhelmed because everything sounded good, but the staff was SO helpful and friendly and they tried to help me figure out what to order! They also have fresh baked goods, like cinnamon rolls, which are a nice addition! I just wish they would have a few laminated menus, so that customers could look at their options without holding up the line!

Best coffee in B-Town IMO. I’ve been to the bougie spot downtown several times and always got super hot no flavor latte. Salvation got our drinks perfectly the first time i went

Being from the West coast, I have a high standard for what I expect of my coffee. Salvation is the closest thing I've found and it's amazing. Occasionally the girls won't heat the milk enough but 9/10 times is perfect. This is my new daily coffee stop.
Updating my review to 5/5 stars. After talking to the manager she immediately addressed the problem mentioned above. She definitely went the extra mile to be sure everything was how it should be.

"They [Salvation Coffee] don't seem like they want to be friends with anyone."
"My friend loves the place but I just don't get it"
"The people that work there look like they hate their lives."
I might be paraphrasing but that was from two locals describing the general sentiments about Salvation.
I wanted to like the place as the aesthetics looked cool but I share the above sentiments. The service was unfriendly and the coffee sucked.
When I travel, I like to give local coffee shops a chance. For 99.9 percent, my experiences have been positive with some great service and coffee.
Salvation Coffee had neither.

I drove by so many times before I stopped in, boy am I glad I did. I like straight up black coffee, and theirs is very good. The wife likes the fancy iced drinks and they have plenty of them! The nice thing about the fancy drinks is the fact they can make them keto friendly. I also love to support vet owned businesses when I can. I will definitely drive by Starbucks and go here.
