Hatchet Coffee

This coffee shop has the most personable and friendly group of individuals. Their coffee consistency is always on point. And I love how each season they introduce new and unique drinks, both hot and cold. ALSO the aesthetic and atmosphere is modern and beautiful!

Good tea.. and provide Stevie with monkfruit sweetener. My favorite.

Great space and super friendly staff. Delicious coffee and Matcha! Also had an avocado toast which was huge and very tasty, although the sesame oil was a little overpowering. Still has mask mandate and no inside seating (Outside picnic tables available under tent).

Not sure how they roast their coffee but it is hands-down my favorite whole bean coffee. I always buy a few pounds when I am in Blowing Rock to take home. The Blue Ridge Blend is amazing. Not overly roasted and lots of flavor.

Unreal coffee! .... My wife and I love coffee and this is literally the best coffee we've ever had! There coffee, atmosphere and staff were inviting and truly amazing. They also do the pumpkin/fall style coffees extremely well. I would 1000% recommend and can't wait to go back.
