Hatchet Coffee

One of the best coffee houses I've ever been to anywhere. I remember going there when they first opened and it was just a tiny counter in the back of another space. Love to seen how they've grown and kept up with the fantastic quality.

Some of the best coffee in Boone! Hatchet has such a calm atmosphere, is incredibly clean, the employees are friendly, and the coffee is amazing! I especially love their smashing pumpkin latte during fall.

6 months ago I went to this place and I still think about the nitro vanilla coffee I had there. It is by far the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life, as smooth and soft as a mother’s embrace. Ever since I had that coffee, I have been trying every nitro vanilla coffee possible and nothing comes close to how good Hatchet’s was. I constantly fantasize about driving 8hrs to get that coffee again, so please go for me if you’re around.

The best Avocado toast I have ever had. Super creative espresso drinks too.

The coffee is phenomenal, the staff is beyond kind and helpful. Talk about a place you become addicted to strictly because you love the staff and location. Best coffee and the customer service is phenomenal. I recommend you stop by anytime! Great place, wonderful atmosphere perfect to get work down and drink a great cup of coffee. I've never actually been to this coffee shop, but a friend who lives in the area sent me beans to try. It's the absolute best coffee, and I've been ordering it online ever since.

I don't have too much to say since the inside isn't opened to the public but they are doing a wonderful job keeping people comfortable while they wait outside. They have heating lamps outside for you to stand by while they quickly make your order.

I ordered a mocha nitro because my friend described it as chocolate milk but coffee and she wasn't wrong. I had a slight coffee taste but this mocha nitro was pure deliciousness.

I'll definitely be going back to hatchet on my next visit to Boone.
