Hatchet Coffee

Really great coffee! Lovely interior and staffs. They sell cute merch, freshly roasted coffee beans, and film rolls in a fridge! My photographer husband happened to needing a 35mm roll and that just made his day :)

Very decent place with nice menu. Tried their Nutella breakfast which was so nice. Not much breakfast options and toast was ok ok. Decent place to sit and have breakfast.

Very adorable and modern coffee shop selling local and regional items, in addition to a very chic menu of made-to-order options. I loved their seasonal options, coffee beans, and variety of local goods.
Highly recommend the vesper espresso beans to take away, and their blood orange mai tai espresso soda if it’s in season!

Great experience!! I stopped in here this afternoon for the first time today and wished wished that I had checked them out sooner! I had their Nitro "Warm Hug" and it was amazing plus I got a few bags of various blends to take home.

Great location. Really cool & comfy atmosphere, great coffee, even better people due to their attentive, friendly staff & owner.

I definitely recommend to check these guys out. I'll be back next time I'm in town for sure.

Highest quality coffee in the high country. My husband was a coffee roaster in Florida, and the coffee roasting done here is top notch. Drinks are always delicious and clean, and the specials come with a fun and creative treat. They do not skimp on quality ingredients and it shows in the final product.

This place can be very busy, but we got through quickly. The staff were attentive and made me feel expertly accommodated. The seating area is large and has long tables, but we took our order to the outside seating. They also have some interesting products that you can see when you are waiting to order.

Great coffee and immaculate vibes but the picnic tables hurt my back after doing work there for awhile. Love the variety of options including the foot. So cute and great place to support local businesses. A Boone go to!

Hatchet Coffee is my daughter's favorite. She lives downtown off of King Street, There are plenty of coffee shops close by, but she always buys her whole bean at Hatchet. She even gave me a "you did it," coffee mug for my birthday.

Hatchet has great coffee and it's a cool place to hang out: it has a great vibe. A huge positive for me... it's always warm in there! There is a lot of good things to eat there, but I really like their avocado toast - a true standout for me.

I have tried avocado toast a couple of times over the years, and my thoughts were always, "Meh." At my daughter's urging, I tried Hatchet's avocado toast and wow! It was excellent, a true standout. My favorite part of the toast, besides everything, is the thick, hot, and crunchy toast. That's all I order when I go.

We're so glad we stumbled upon this coffee shop on a snowy morning! The atmosphere is second to none and the drinks were fantastic. Absolutely great way to start the day

Dark roast iced was preferred to the medium roast hot. But coffee is subjective. This place has a great brew and great vibe. Don’t skip the chai coffee cake either. Yum!
