Hatchet Coffee

When we learned the DELISH coffee served on campus was Hatchet, we made a stop on our way out of town after App orientation. WOW! The nitro vanilla coffee was amazing. The coffee is smooth and the atmosphere is perfect.

Grabbed an iced latte for my long drive back to the NC coastline. The wait was a little long but they were also pretty busy. Latte was worth the wait and helped me power through my 6 hour drive home. Thanks again!

I've never been to the location but I've been an online customer for some time now and have ordered lots of their coffee. Hatchet is amazing! They never sacrifice quality and all of their selections are delicious.

The Ardi is my absolute favorite and I'm so glad to see it back. My home isn't complete without a bag of coffee from Hatchet in my kitchen!

Yum! This place is a win. When traveling I always look for local coffee places to try out. This one had the most stars so I picked it and on the drive to it was like where am I going lol. An off the road place that has a great vibe, excellent coffee and local gifts too. Definitely try this place!

Delicious drinks and very friendly staff. I got the warm hug latte and my partner the indigo smoothie. Yum!

Hatchet was crowded! At least for 2021, but it was Halloween and chilly. Still, the line moved quickly and I was out in 5 min. The coffee was rich and hot and fresh, and it was cheaper than I expected. Very pleased with my experience!

Whenever we are in the Boone area, this is the first place we stop upon arrival and last place we hit before leaving town. Shoot…we live in Florida and have them ship us beans on a monthly basis because they are the best dang roasters we’ve come across. Best selection of Ethiopian coffee beans! Honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Great experience! Really nice folks, great decor with high ceilings to make it feel spacious. Blue Ridge Blend got good reviews from my husband. I especially liked the artwork: mural, packaging, etc.

Great coffee and such a cool shop! Love the vibe in there and the decor. Was visiting Boone and had to stop in here to see what all the hype is about. So glad I did! We all loved everything we ordered. Great oat milk lattes!
