Dutch Bros Coffee

While the wait can be longer than other drive thru locations I frequent, I believe that the coffee is better and the customer service is superior at Dutch Bros Coffee. I love the flavor of the hot Eagle Eye Latte with a soft top! It’s creamy and not too sweet. Side note, I visited this location today because a “popular coffeehouse” that is closer to me was out of two items I wanted so I had to sit and wait until I could leave the drive thru, to leave empty handed. This wasn’t the first time. Many stores are having issues with supply and staffing so I focus on the convenience of not having to make the coffee myself - grateful I can afford it. It depends what time of day you visit wherever you go. Service makes the wait worth it though!

I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the girl that took my order, but Dutch Bros always hires the most positive, friendly people!! They always have a great vibe, incredible drinks for a good price, and just overall great service. I don’t mind waiting in line for them because it’s always a fantastic experience and the employees always make my day :) Thank you for the awesome service!!

Maybe they are having a bad day? They are usually friendly and all but not today, and they literally gave me a medium cup of ice and a little drink as an add on. After I put away most of the ice, it’s already half the drink.(there’s more ice in it still at this point). Paid medium for a sip of a drink.

Great drinks and staff is awesome but the 3 lanes is absolutely a nightmare. People shoving and fighting on who is next. Bold of Dutch Bros thinking people in Las Vegas knows how to merge without taking each other out. Had my bumper almost taken out multiple times because someone decided to just throw their car ahead of me thinking they are next. It’s unbelievable. Just go up to the window if you go to this location.

Dutch Bros finally came to NLV and I couldn't be happier! This location does not disappoint at all. The DB Mafia is amazing and they are all so fabulous with their service and attention. I have been a Dutch Bros loyal customer for years in Washington state and was so sad that all I had was that other place when I moved to NLV. Every chance I got I would hit up the Tropicana loc, which wasn't often. Now I can go more since they are spreading like wildfire. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

What kind of Sh🤬t show is going on here! Don't Come. Speakers where No one takes your order. One person taking orders for 3 lines. Slowest drive thru ever! 30mins, Really? Could you imagine if they were serving more than just coffee! 😳

I went to this location and I’ve never had a problem until today. I was in the middle lane and then two cars went on the left and right lane, there was multiple cars and wait over 20 mins. As my lane was getting close to order the car on the left (we were all ready to merge into one lane) wanted to cut in front of me then proceeded to honk, I honk back since it was my turn. I got close to the car in front of me but not to the point of hitting them. The lady in the front comes out of her car and starts complaining of why I honked and that I got super close when I explained why. She proceeded to get in her car and order, then I see her point back at my car and then when it was my turn to order, two employees come out, one tells me that “next time, the lanes goes as 1,2,3 and go to the shortest lane” then I tell her “so it’s not first come first serve?” She said “no it goes 1,2,3 to make it go faster”. So I’ll be skipped? No, im not waiting in line for 20 mins (since they are slow) then have someone just pulled up and get their drink first. Once I ordered, I paid for 7 drinks and as I’m waiting at the window I received a few dirty stares from the employees. Wont be back at this slow location. I never leave reviews but this experience had me livid.

Dutch bros is so weird to me. The flavors are so artifical it can be off putting. I'm not sure why so many people love it, but it might just not be for me and my girlfriend.

Staff is usually super nice and do a fantastic job though! Staff alone brings my rating up, and I still finish the drinks I've had there, but I don't think I will be stopping by regularly.

First time coming to Dutch bros I’ve been in the drive through like for almost 40 mins, worst customer service, cars wrapped around, had to be at work by a certain time thinking it would be quick, man was I wrong, never again. I’ll stick to my Starbucks.

Location is extremely SLOW! They only had one employee outside taking order for three lines. Waited in drive thru over an hour. Asked for light ice on my drink and got an half empty cup. Suggest you have nothing planned before getting in there line.
