Bad Owl Coffee Roasters - Downtown

Okay full disclosure, a name like "Bad Owl" does not seem like a good omen. Why is the Owl bad? What will the vibes be like here?

Well, GOOD NEWS! This place is really cool. They have TWO flavors of beignets! And TWO types of green tea! That's an A+ in my book. :)

The decor is cool and full of books.
Pro-tip - this downtown location closes at 2PM (!!!) so get your self in the door bright and early!

Was found by chance and was one of the best coffee shops we’ve been to. The place is clean and well organized with nice atmosphere and above all delicious food and nice coffee. Service was great and fast.

A sweet little coffeeshop, easy to miss, with a verrrry light Harry Potter theme (read: not in-your-face, just a few pictures, owls, decorative witchy ingredients bottles, and books; geeks would want more), and so of course I had to have the Butterbrew (mine iced, husband's hot). Yum!! I also tried the avocado toast, which needed the avocado spread/creamy, not just sliced. But it was fine. Can't remember what hubby had, but he liked it. Was a great relaxing hangout on an otherwise crazy Vegas day (close enough to the Mob Museum and downtown experience that we could walk).

We came here Tuesday at 10am to get breakfast. They have just 2 croissant, but we need 3 of them. Coffee was extra full, when you try to open lid it’s leak, when you try walk with it it’s leak. Very disappointed

LOVE this location! Happy to find it closer to home, but I'll still travel into Henderson for their other location.
This one's located on the ground floor of a downtown office building. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee is good, light breakfast items (that I've had) are tasty and the atmosphere in here is calming. This would be my escape from a hectic and yucky world every day if i were in this building. Definitely a nice, 5* stop.
Just know if you're driving down here you'll need to pay to park.

If all banks had cafe's this awesome in them, people might actually want to go to their banks.

A fantastic cafe, my shots were well extracted, milk treatment was superb, the staff were friendly and well informed and there's a great selection of beans to take home.

They had some real fun with Halloween as well which I appreciated.

It's a café that's dripping in personality and fun, but they take their coffee seriously... Like I said, if all banks had something like this... People might actually like banks!

Nice atmosphere, variety of seating options, offering china & glass cups for stay here orders. I particularly loved the espresso cup.

Awesome atmosphere and place!! I had the dancing driad v60 pour over, it was delicious. Pictured here is the Kyoto cold brew process. I recommend the second breakfast latte.

It was ok, half our group liked their drinks and the other half did not. We thought it would have been a little more wizardy decorated. The employees were nice and you do have to pay to park.

Excellent Pour Overs and friendly staff.
Located in the lobby it’s a great downtown location for yummy coffee.
Tried the Radiant Rhino with cream and loved it.
