It's happened too many times. The person at the window who has to hand me my drink, pets and allows a dog from a car in front of me lick all over there hands. Disgusting!! Now you are going to touch my drink! Pre-Covid this was unsanitary and poor customer care but now with COVID-19 that's just irrisponsible☹️

Love the variety, everyone is always so nice. Definitely recommend getting the app, as points rack up pretty quickly.

I am sorry its not the people or the place it is just the coffee that is not to my liking. It was super off and not good. It was too sweet and syrupy in my opinion.

My favorite coffee is the Caramelizer over ice. Next time more whipped cream and make it a large! Lol
