The rep taking orders at walk up window 03/10 between 7:30-8 am is rude and unprofessional. As most of us know there is a wait time everywhere you go so I patiently waited in my vehicle as it was windy and cold. I saw the other clients get their order therefor I approached the waiting area. As I waited she yelled to the ladies in Drive up if my drink was ready because “ she keeps staring at me and has asked twice about her drink and I told her there was one in front of her “ . Never asked the status of my drink and I was staring because where else would I be looking if not observing the lack of sense of urgency.
A thank you for waiting or sorry for delay goes a long way

I LOVE Dutch Bros. I recommend it to everyone.
But with this location it's always SO busy and seems like it's never staffed enough for it so it does take a little while to get your drinks here compared to other locations I've been to

The slowest location with a huge drive through and they do nothing to direct the lanes. I was in the middle lane and we got skipped four different times by the other lanes cutting us off and the ladies outside taking orders did nothing about it. Wish I could give zero stars, will never be back to this or any other Dutch location.

First off, Dutch Bros is fantastic and the workers are friendly! I'm assuming this location is understaffed because it takes way too long to get a coffee! I usually arrive with only 4-5 cars in the drive thru and it still takes over 20 minutes. Help out these workers and get them more people!

Service is usually great, just had an off day or a new worker. Typical growing pains of a fairly new company. Seems like the 3 lines are a bit much for the workers. Great to get the cars in and off the road but one worker isn’t enough to run 3 lanes.
Also with 3 lanes and reduced workers they should stop window orders. Pick one to service good, this way one side is suffering. At the end 73 minutes for a coffee, not sure I’d do that again.

The line was very long as expected at such a popular place. However the employees would rather talk then work so it really slowed things down. My drink was good tho =\
