Dutch Bros Coffee

i love dutch bros but this location is just a mess. they have three lines at this location. this wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t have only one employee handling orders for all three lines. they also don’t take into account on who was there fist which means 5 cars who got there after you will end up going before you which is pretty frustrating.

We are huge dutch bros fans and we decided to try this location . If you want to go somewhere where they put the guest first don't come here. I was left very unsatisfied due to the poor customer service. If I was able to put no stars I would. I even addressed the issue and there was no change in their attitude they couldn't even fake some type of sincerity towards my family and I. After the fact, I noticed my drink didn't taste what I had asked for, I asked for a kicker with a soft top and my son ordered a small kicker and his drink was way lighter than my drink where mine tasted so chocolaty

Yeah sometimes it's a long line... but the broistas are always fun and friendly and the drinks are great

Renee, Lelani, Alyssa, Mya and everyone are the best Dutch team in town. Renee should have been a counselor. Seriously. I’m bipolar and it’s hard living life. My Dutch family makes the day so much better. They really truly do.

Love Dutch Bros, drive up service is a little slow but still really good.

This is the first time I have ever left a review but I thought it was so important for the safety of employees and others. I’ve been to this location three times and two out of the three time I have been there, there has been altercations between customers in the drive through. People don’t know when it’s their turn and there is no one to guide them like there is at other locations. One customer even hit another customers car out of rage. I went to the Henderson location and it went so smoothly and organized. This locations is not and it’s a long wait.

Not sure if it’s the lack of staff, or if the current employees like to talk amongst themselves and customers too often. Even with 5 cars in line, it takes almost an hour just to order.

It’s good coffee and it’s one of my favorite places, but it takes much longer than it’s worth.

So backed up all 3 lanes full no one coming out to come help take orders cars are fighting to get in front of one another.

Drinks are always great! And service is even better.

Don't know what the big deal is I see these lines of cars waiting for coffee I just don't understand it it's not that good!
