Caribou Coffee

All the people there are super nice! I always get my drink in under 2 minutes Especially that girl Alexa. she’s always so nice and a cutie! UwU

Waited in drive thru for 5 min, no acknowledgement of my existence. Went inside, same thing. Not that busy, but staff looked frazzled. Hire more people, Caribou - headed to Starbucks or elsewhere.

Staff is very friendly and they usually remember my order. Always look forward to stopping by for coffee.

I get my coffe from carribou every single day. So you can tell how many of there stores I have tried. But truth be told, this store is the slowest ever I have ever seen! It’s crazy, 20 minutes for a cup of coffee when there’s only 3 people inside the store and four cars on the drive through? That’s insane man.

Cashier not attentive or energetic, another staff member made up for the mistakes and provided a great service. Not the caribou fun employees like you’re used to! However they keep the location clean and spacious

Move over Starbucks.....Caribou Coffee is it in the north. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, yummy eats and I don't even drink coffee. But.....The hot cinnamon spice tea was delish with a bit of honey❤🌲

Caribous are a treat. They are fast and efficient, prompt and courteous. Plus, they use chocolate. Real chocolate. Your choice of white, milk, or dark. That is all the win I need, but they go further and offer "Northern Lights" style drinks which are made with skim milk and sugar free flavor shots. They are crafted coffee level expensive, so you won't find a cup of coffee for a dollar here. Still, worth it.

I was really bummed out the experience I had here. Normally every Caribou Coffee place I go to, everyone is friendly. But this time I had a upsetting experience. The girl who was working the drive thru was very rude with having an upset tone in her voice. Which I understood everyone has a bad day, but when we ordered a chocolate cooler, she never asked what type of chocolate we wanted and didn't even put chocolate in it and gave us a normal cooler, also I am a perks member. I didn't know if she was new or someone didn't train her, but I had an on the house complimentary upgrade drink perk that I wanted to use before it expired this Monday. She then proceed to tell us that it wasn't caribou, until we had to show her my cell phone with the app and prove her mistaken perspective. An then expecting to get my perk drink, she charged me for it and she looked like she didn't know what she was doing, and I check my cell phone right after to see if my perk was used, and it wasn't.

Overall I was super upset and wish I had a better experience with another employee there.

I am normally a big fan of Caribou, but this particular location is the worst caribou I've ever seen. This location is run by what seems like the inbred misfits taken from the rejected Walmart greeters.
I have to repeat my order 3 times.
I have to repeat the size of coffee I want another 2 times.
Then theres a 40 min wait because they have the workflow efficiency of the 3 blind mice.
And in the end there's a 50% chance my order well even be correct.

This place needs better training, a new crew, or new management..
