Very nice coffee house only had one problem customer service was kind of slow and the price for a medium black coffee is ridiculous...

I love caribou and am unusually very patient however, there were only three cars ahead of me in the drive through and had to wait around 15 minutes just to order. They also messed up my order and had trouble understanding things I wanted. I’ve always had trouble with this location. I plan to not come back to those store but the other caribou stores have been great!

Literally one of the worst locations I have been to. For as much as they charge for a drink, they NEVER make them right. Literally tastes like garbage. Their line takes forever and they can't ever get anything right. If one drink wasn't $7, it wouldn't be so irritating. But people should get what they pay for. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Lots of room for seating and an area for private meetings. Been going here for years. But the staff at this time are all very rude, ignore the customers inside the store, 3 employees told me it wasn't their job to take my order while they stood talking and laughing at the drive thru as i stood at the register for over 10 minutes just waiting to order a simple coffee. Then was told if i wanted to order i had to ring the bell otherwise they wont come to the counter? There was no bell in sight. . It needs better management.

Very understaffed. Expect a 15-20 minute wait for a single drink during a busy time (ex. Friday morning).

The employees were kind, helpful, and provided quick service. I got a dark roast medium coffee, black. I also got the ham and Swiss croissant which was delicious.

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in today, arrived 35 minutes before the listed closing time, found the door locked and a note on the door saying "due to staffing shortages the lobby is closed, the drive through is open until five." However, there was a LARGE party inside the lobby, at least 15 people, drinking coffee, and not employees as none were in uniform and it included several children. Knocking on the door only got smirks and waves. Incredibly rude, and you could at least bother to note online your lobby is closed.

Comfy spot for a cup of coffee and some reading. Never too busy and always a good seat somewhere to plant yourself for an hour or two.

Stars didn't align...I loaded money onto the caribou app to pay for a pick up order, and then the app was down and I was unable to use them app to order or pay with the money I loaded. So I placed my order through the drive thru, and sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for it. Nowadays, that's to be expected with short staffing, and they had signs posted indicating as such. What I'm frustrated with was that my total was $42 and change (roughly ten bucks more than the same type of items cost at Starbucks) and when I finally paid, the barista took my card and swiped it and gave it right back. Two days later, when the charge cleared my account, turns out the barista helped herself to a hefty little tip without my knowledge. Check your receipts here! Didn't give me the chance to tip, but added it on for herself. Not happy and won't be back here again.

Terribly understaffed. The wait is much too long for any reasonable person. You could drive to a different coffee shop, get your coffee, and drive back to this location before making it through the drive through line here. The problem is not with the employees, it's with management for understaffing and underpaying the employees
Edit: I contacted Caribou customer relations and their response was basically 'sorry, not sorry'
