Caribou Coffee

I usually love going to this caribou because of the space. However today I had an encounter with one of the cashiers named Lorrie. She took my order faster than I could speak and was giving me many rude nonverbals while I was reaching in my purse for change. In addition she blamed me (the customer) for not telling her that I wanted my caramel high rise iced, when she should have asked me how I wanted it in the first place. I love this caribou but I hated the service she gave.

Everytime we come here, they screw up someone's order. They gave us a plain hot coffee after we ordered an iced mocha. After we asked for the correct coffee again, they took twice as long, made faces, and still managed to make the wrong thing.
DON'T go to this Caribou!

My pregnancy brain and I stopped by drivetrhu. After ordering I realized I forgot my wallet and pulled up to the window and apologized for forgetting my wallet at home. I said that I’d come back and pay for my small sparkling iced green tea lemonade. However, Aundrea was so kind to just give me the drink without charge. I’ll be back to leave a big tip. Very thankful for this kind gesture as I am very pregnant. Thank you Aundrea!!! You rock!!

Always on point. Been here dozens and dozens of times. I have had wrong orders when there is 12+ cars in line...they take care of you FIRST. They are all super pleasant and they make a delicious cup of coffee.

Well, this is the third time I've been to this location. Last night 3 of the employees were so busy gossiping about another employee over the sound of the steamers, that everyone in the shop could hear everything. #1 rude and completely unprofessional.
When I was finally asked about my order, the girl had no clue what to do when I gave her one dollar too much.
There were blender lids on the floor, the counters around the baristas were filthy, the garbages were over flowing and they continued to argue with each other behind the counter.
Not a nice experience and don't plan to return to this location again

This is unfortunately the worst Caribou I have ever been in. Poor customer service. They didn't notice I was waiting for a good 5-10 minutes while they cleaned the kitchen and not notice people waiting... The way they kicked us out was rude, at 9:30pm even though it says they are open until 10pm... I am never going back there again. Also, the music is way too loud and the baristas talk even louder. I will go to the new Starbucks next time.

There is not enough staff here. Nobody in the drive through line and it still takes 10 minutes for help. Learned my lesson, won’t try it again to see if it’s better ever

The service at this location is amazing. Long story short, I went through the drive-thru didn't have any money and they gave me "all " what I ordered for free. Thank you so much ❤️💕.

Horrible experience. Staff are sheilded from customers by a visual barrier so that when you hear your name called you have to be standing at the front of the pick-up line, where there is only room for one person, to be sure the order is yours. Doesn't work well when it's crowded and I prefer not to stand in a crowd. Yelling back to someone I couldn't see was awkward and they didn't hear me.

Coffee is as good as always. The download speed was under 1 Mbps making it nearly impossible to get anything done, taking forever to load even low quality images. The worker said the internet is pretty much always like this, so if you need to get things done I'd look elsewhere.
