Caribou Coffee

I showed up at 6:30 in the morning because Starbucks was closed and I gotta say I was very happy! Took 5min to order pay and get my drink! The staff was so lovely and complimented my makeup even at 6:30am! 10/10 would recommend!

The drink was made correctly. The cup was a bit sticky.

The personality the customer that was enjoyable to order from and had very positive attitude and it made the place a lot more comfortable there's only one thing missing is and I'd like to see some soothing jazz music play and why you're sitting back relaxing Drink in your coffee and I mean not lol just you know just a really low key but real nice music this way you can build a hear each other talk with listen to music too

Xtra large white mocha...from all the coffee houses Caribou makes the largest and tastiest white mocha hot.

Love this place. Employees know me very well. Shout out to you guys! 🤑

Clean place. Little rooms and a patio. So you can get privacy if you need it.

Today's visit a bit lacking. I stood inside waiting to even be noticed for over 5 min. They were completely out of a mix that was needed for one of the beverages I was ordering and my drink was not blended correctly. I get it. There's a lot of factors that are out of people's control and felt bad that there were only two young people manning that store. Hopefully, next visit will redeem the experience. Still have AMAZING coffee and drinks though.

I keep trying out different Caribous because this one isn't the most convenient. It's not close to my house, it's not on route, and it's always busy.

Despite all that, when I go to this location my order is right. I'm not greeted with a sign on the door telling me the dining room is closed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Can we just move this location closer to my house? I don't mind waiting a few minutes for a coffee if it'll be right, thank you so much!

The dining room area is open for carryout only. All of the staff are very cautious about cleanliness and safety with contact. I have always felt that $5 is too much for a medium coffee but this drink was really good. It was delicious The Bagel was warm and fresh and the cream cheese was perfect.

I was trying to figure out how to post my photo but it currently isn't working. I've been going here for a couple years... since COVID started... the quality in the beverages aren't the same. The majority of the staff are very rude. I always , ALWAYS ask for light ice yet somehow I'm given more ice. I order the SAME drink EVERYDAY and only one person remembers it. I don't know her name though I appreciate it greatly. The rest of the workers don't seem to care... Good customer service is knowing your customers especially if they come everyday. I will start going to a new location... even though this is closest to house I'm willing to drive elsewhere where I know I'll be acknowledged, heard and understood.
