Caribou Coffee

It's a terrible tragedy and an abomination that the owners of these multi million dollar establishments. Can't take thirty seconds to respond to real people that have spent their hard earned money. Instead the owners send a printed out message AI because decent business men and women don't exist anymore. If there was a ridiculous amount of money to be made. From decent curtious customer service treatment. Everyone would be taking care of and treated as they should be. Shame on you people shame on you.

instead of writing stupid little notes on my food bag, just take my order correctly so you don’t lose business ? my large coffee was small and all i could taste was sugary sweetness. absolutely rancid. i’ve had caribou a handful of times before and it wasnt bad but this location, or these employees are just so uneducated on how to work customer service and make coffee, it’s sad. i hope they aren’t proud of themselves when they clock out for the night. bare minimum is why they make minimum wage.

This place is pretty much always busy being by the mall. Especially around the holidays. Sometimes they work too fast and get your order wrong. I have a dairy allergy, so it sometimes doesn't work out well for me. Staff is always friendly though. When they are super busy I keep my order easy. Also has a nice fireplace (like most Caribou's) with comfy chairs.

I am not sure why this happens. But it’s happened on more than one occasion at this location. (Haven’t had one sip). I order a medium or large coffee and when I scrape away what foam they have added it ends up being the next size down from what I order. I really enjoy my coffee I get from caribou (I’d say it’s about 5 days a week). But recently.....NOT HAPPY! Times are tough right now. This may have been my last one!! 🥴😢

This store rocked it. Good customer service helped us as soon as we walked in and got us our drinks at a good time

Maybe because I'm old. Maybe because I use a walker. For whatever reason MEAGHAN, their star employee, comped me for my coffee and coffee cake. I'm very grateful.

I'm currently living in Idaho, and the nearest Caribou location is 12 hours away in northeastern Wyoming. I visited home this weekend and was excited all weekend to go and get Caribou with my siblings. For us, nothing represents being back in Minnesota like going to get a tasty, hot drink at our homeland's greatest coffee chain. Anyway, after waiting all weekend for this family ritual, we walked two miles through the November cold during normal, listed business hours, arriving over 30 minutes before closing. The lobby was locked, with a sign that said it was closed due to short staffing. There were about a dozen children hanging out in the lobby who laughed and smirked at us, but no adults visible and no staff. We tried walking through the drive thru and were utterly ignored by whoever was meant to be manning the order window. I'm not sure who is managing this location but apparently they close their lobby without warning, selectively ignore their own rules, and ignore customers who show up during business hours. 2 stars because this experience is still better than drinking Starbucks.

They didn't have half the caribou menu and none of the food or breakfast sandwiches and they should have posted it on the outside or the door and you can't use or add caribou points there..its ridiculous and the staff messed up my order and said he couldn't fix it.

Comfortable environment. Friendly service. Great space to meet up with friends and order coffee.
