The Iced Spiced Vanilla Chai Tea Latte was very tasty and a little sweet. They use no straw lids which is nice, you can also tip your server from drive thru. The inside of the store is unique, it has a fireplace if you want to stay cozy.

Come here everyday. Spend at least 10 to $20 and I always get the same thing. An extra large iced caramel latte and this girl told me that I did not order that. When I know for a fact I did and spilled my coffee and then added ice and had an attitude. Starbucks is across the street go there

I went in to buy a gift card, I wanted to be able to pick it out without holding up the drive thru... I walked in and waited - no one said hi or I'll be with you in a moment, etc. After several minutes of standing there, someone finally came over and then seemed annoyed when I asked for the envelope that goes with the gift card. I likely won't be returning to this location.

I have shifted back from Starbucks as the one in town has gone down hill. However I generally get a crafted press and as noted by other reviews it's always significantly less than full.

Stopped in again today, 9/2/22 and still not a full cup.

I go through the drive through at this location much more than I would like to admit. Every single person I have encountered has been wonderful! My drinks are always ready when I get there and always accurate. This one time my drink was incorrect and I called in to inquire if I ordered it wrong and the sweetest manager helped me. So impressed!

This caribou has slowly been getting itself into gear, and it shows!

There is one particular guy that works order window, and he is an exemplar of how to make an experience worthwhile here. My drinks have been consistent, as well (although sometimes the salt sugar in my crafted isn't there).

While i still find myself experiencing long wait times, and my service isnt ALWAYS stellar, im overall satisfied. Keep it up y'all!

Spicy Mocha was and is the BEST HOLIDAY COFFEE DRINK EVER ☕️ !!!!!! Staff was and is always the best, Three employees asked if I needed help while I was waiting for my Spicy Mocha, very attentive!!. Very relaxing morning and enjoyed Two Spicy Mocha's 😋

This location has always catered to my kiddo's extra requests. They never complain about my indecisiveness or when it gets busy! It's always so nice to come here.

This caribou location is pretty good! Service feels slow sometimes but that's because of how busy they are so you can't really blame them! The Atmosphere is really loud around 2:40-4 due to all the teens just getting out of school but it's such a welcoming space that you can't help but enjoy it :)

The service is excellent, even though the chandeliers are too low to the ground. They could do better by raising them up.
