Dutch Bros Coffee

Gotta share some Dutch Love for this fine location!! My work has me traveling all over the valley from Tucson to N. Phoenix. This location is right up there with the best!! This location is friendly and definitely know there stuff about coffee and specialty drinks!! While at my work site I never missed stopping in for something delicious! My favorite in the hot summer is a blended caramalizer with salted caramel and an extra shot! Yum!! However the new camp out freeze is definitely a close contender!!!

Drive through dude was trippin and messed up our order but we fixed it at the window. Yummy drinks

I just going to assume, but when you get light ice, they do not fill it all the way, unlike Starbucks, who do. I'll still be going here, but if you guys could fill the cup all the way up, that would be great, thanks.

I had Cocomo with my friends here. It was good and the staff was very friendly. Although they don't have tables in the store, you can order walk-in at another cashier even if it'snot a drive-through. And they have three tables outdoor.

I wanted to give ZERO STARS!!! Come here ALL THE TIME but lately since hiring the evil stumpy grumpy she/he whatever it chooses to be manager! We will never come back !! We have been known by staff spend over $25 every visit & always tip big! But that mean spirited grumpy new manager thinks she’s ABOVE RULES & makes all the staff uncomfortable with her aggressive demeanor & approach to situations! The other staff always friendly talkative & laid back but the staff when she works is boring, fearful & will change rules FLAT OUT LIE BC THEY FEAR HER! Made my drink a medium instead of large I had touched it & began to wipe it off when I realized size & the window girl refused to take it back she over hears her comes to window & says give that back not hello what can I do just RUDELY give that back!! I stated I didn’t want to keep it in first place taht she suggested we take it! So then my husband ask why the difference in rules: one says we can’t take back food once given out & manager just takes it? So she answers neverously looking back into work area bc we can see the manager staring at her & she says I have to do what she says she ranks higher than me!!! Wow so afraid & lost for words! It’s funny that rules change that fast & she even said I think that was rule changed a year ago but I didn’t get updated?😃 the lies just kept glowing all bc fear from aggressive rude manager who is always snappy with her answers & never cordial! I stopped going to Starbucks bc they act the same way! So I guess off to Black Rock we go, I own a restaurant & know that she was NOT supposed to take drink back especially once I began cleaning it but I’m sure they’ll defend her actions bc this is the way it goes for them!!!

Even though this is a chain the staff makes it a local place. They are friendly, courteous and make you feel at home. I want to shout out to Dani, Emily, Hailey, Cam, but the entire staff is wonderful!

You want to charge me over $12 for 2 cups of coffee, and then won't accept a $50 bill? What company tells their customers they don't accept a $50 bill? I can throw a dime out the window and find a coffee company that is more than willing to take my money. Good luck

Some boomer with a TRUMP 2024 hat who took up two parking spaces, including the handicap ♿️ one, held up the line by flirting with the young barista. Wouldn't be surprised if he was served decaf (or worse). He had an American Flag license plate.

Live close and stop by regularly. Everyone is always so friendly and positive. Great vibes. The one "broista" named Saria is awesome. She's been there a long time and knows her stuff. But everyone does a great job. Love the white chocolate frost and the tuxedo frost with whip, of course!

Girl with red hair and glasses was very sweet, gave my dog matty some whip cream for the road :)
