Came at late 2pm, crowded, they were fast, friendly & made sure your order was right. I forgot to ask for whip cream they don't put on unless you ask! Don't forget to ask if you want whip cream!

Quick and courteous service each and every time at both locations in Gilbert ( Val Vista and Gilbert rd). Love the ice pumpkin latte Brule. Fall seasons flavors and prices are great here!

Girl in the blonde hair and glasses was amazing!! Great customer service. Recommended a drink I’ve never tried and will definitely order it again. Give that girl a raise!!

I only rarely go to Dutch Bros because it isn't on my usual route. Because I don't know the menu well, I wasn't sure what to get, but the employee gave me the rundown of the menu and gave me a great suggestion of black tea with peach and pineapple. Yummy! I will definitely go out of my way more to visit this location!

I came through the drive through and bought 2 drinks, the total was $17 and both drinks tasted like the milk was expired. Never coming back

The guy working the walk up 8/31/22 at like 6:15pm ish was giving very weird energy. We also mentioned it was our first time there and didn’t receive any help regarding the menu. The tipping has gotten out of hand as well it feels very pressured. I was sad, it was my first time at dutch bros and i was really not impressed with the service or drink :(

Had to visit (we were visiting on vacation) since the reviews of their drinks were amazing. They didn't disappoint. Service from workers was great and the coffees and rebel energy drinks were superb!

Best new location since my move. A most go experience.
