Dutch Bros Coffee

So We just came to Dutch Brose this morning having a terrible time trying to figure out what we wanted to drink.
As we do not come here very often and this amazing lady named Alex,
was so sweet and patient with us and helpful with every question we had.
Her advice and well thought out responses were very helpful and getting us the drinks that we actually wanted.
We will definitely be coming back to this location because of that young lady!!

Best staff ever! Best drinks! Super fast! Super organized. Gets you in and out in the morning! Everything is so good.

I had the Irish cream coffee. No coffee taste, no Irish cream taste. All it was was sweet creamer. Undrinkable. 1 sister had a latte. Overly sweet and weak coffee flavor. Other sister had something that tasted like chocolate milk. Again no coffee taste. What happened to Dutch Bros? Granted it been quite a while since I've been there but Yeesh. Not going back.

Great product at a good price. Prefer over Starbucks. Great service and courteous personnel. Outdoor seating with lots of cars driving through the drive thru. Highly recommend.

I never never think twice before leaving a tip to your employees at Dutch, even when at times it’s not deserved, I go out of my way and leave them one so they know that I appreciate all that they do. But when it’s my birthday and I provide proof on the App I am refused my birthday drink and ordered to pay. Im a loyal customer and my wife told me to download the app since it’s my birthday today and that I can get my free drink. If you are going to demand tips but refuse to give your customers their birthday drinks then maybe you should ask yourself if the Dutch customers truly matter.

they’re always super nice and the drinks are always good but they take sooooo lonnggggg. i went the other day and there were 3 cars in the drive-thru and it took 20 minutes which is absolutely stupid. i’m not one to make reviews like this but they really just need to speed it up a little bit

There wasn’t that many people in line this morning so I don’t see why it was an issue. I ordered two medium drinks and wanted to upgrade one to a large, I get to the window and ask her if it was okay if I could upgrade it she looked at me for a second then turned back to her team member said it very loudly a rudely then proceeded to turn back around to look at me with attitude telling she was just going to refund me the medium and charge me for the large. Then didn’t say a single word to me the rest of the time at the window handed me my drinks and I was on my way. Normally Dutch Bros is the best experience with the awesome conversations at the window but today I felt like a burden or just another annoying customer at the window. Just wanted a large upgrade without the side of attitude. Makes me not want to go to Dutch anymore.

I only gave the food two stars because I never order it. I love that they have so many different drink options. If you're not feeling coffee they can pretty much make anything green tea black tea mix it with lemonade. They have rebel wishes there form of energy drink. They mix that with flavors which is pretty good depending on what you get. This location has learned how to manage there long lines so that's convenient.

It's a coffee shop. I went when it was not busy and that was ok except the guy working there was talking forever with the guy ahead of me and would not stop for like 5 minutes. That was kind of annoying, I understand small conversations but it seemed pointless in a drive thru. The coffee I got was pretty good.
