My cappuccino was really good but it was about half full. It’s super cute inside. The chairs are a little hard and cold if you plan on sitting for an extended period of time.

Black Rock Coffee is consistently great at what they do. This new location is open and serving.
The crew is always friendly and thier drive thru window is usually pretty quick. Go check them out and let me know what you think.

Love Black Rock! I am a frequent customer! However, this specific location is the only location that leaves drinks at least 1/4 of the drink empty every time no matter not or cold. Take that for an almost $7 coffee. If I ask for no foam, the Black Rocker reminds me they don’t typically put foam. This time I got a photo of my half filled drink 🙃

Service was great eggnog latte was yummy. A few more hot food items would be great the bacon ricotta cheese breakfast sandwich was not good. But I won't ding them for that. Can't wait until the one building closer to me opens up.

Coffee is ok. You can tell it sits and keeps getting more bitter as it ages in the carafe, just waiting to be ordered. High school kids are the one who mainly work this location. They aren't friendly, and just seem to be there for a quick buck.. Also, opening another location, when there is already a local coffee shop, less than 100 yards away, isn't very cool. Your new location, being built on Riggs just East of Val Vista, is most likely going to force a small business to close, because of corporate greed. Which in my opinion should never happen. But most corporations don't care about others, just how much they can take from others.. I doubt I'll continue to frequent any BR coffee shops. It's just not worth the price for what i can make at home. A bag of beans and a grinder goes further.

Could not get my order right told them three times what I wanted got to the window still didn't make what I wanted. I was just so frustrated I just paid for the coffee they made and left didn't even get my breakfast.

BR is my all time favorite. Prefer it over Starbucks and Dutch Bros. Love the iced coffees like the Mexican mocha, blackout, IV, jackhammer, etc. I also can’t get enough of their Fuel drinks, especially “Teal”, so good! This location is solid and staff is always friendly. If you go around 2:30/3pm during the week expect to be waiting in line with all the kids from the nearby High school.

Pretty much the same as every other chain coffee company drink wise. The new bakery products are not good. Drive through is usually pretty quick. Ordering inside could use a better system as you order and pick up all at one register so you either have to reach around someone or wait until they are done ordering. Staff are always friendly, but often forget to put a sleeve or stopper on hot coffee.
