Since the upgrade the whole venue has taken on a new lease of life. Seats are more comfortable and the food options are so much better. Having Chick Fil A is perfect. A great place to watch the Jazz games now.

Easy to navigate... the staff moved people through the lines quickly. The bathrooms were pretty clean considering the number of people using them. Concessions were a little pricey but I expected that considering the venue.

My boyfriend and I bought tickets for us and our four kids to see the Transiberian Orchestra. We were so excited because our kids had never been, and the concert we saw in 2019 was amazing.

Our excitement went away when we received an email about the arena changing their requirements in order to attend the event. We probably would have canceled our tickets, but since we already hyped it up to the kids, we had to go. They required proof of vaccination or a negative covid test within 3 days of the concert. All kids 12 and under didn’t need either of those, but they needed to wear a mask the entire time.

The website said a test could be done anywhere, but it had to be a PCR test. We called twice to make sure, but each time we talked to someone they said it could be a rapid test, but it needed to be done at an approved location, not at home.

Once we got to the arena, there were a few lines to choose from. We had to ask around because it wasn’t clear where we needed to go. We found an employee who said we could show our information to him to enter. I showed him two of our tests results, but my boyfriend was scrambling to find the others. The employee said we were good to go and let us in. Thank goodness because the results got deleted from the phone.

No bags were allowed (unless there was a special circumstance). It made the security check process go really fast and we were thankful for that. Once we got through, I had the tickets downloaded to my virtual wallet, so they just had to tap my phone with theirs for each ticket. That was a little buggy, but we got it to work.

It said masks were required for 12 and under, but that wasn’t enforced. Social distancing wasn’t a thing either, but it definitely can’t be with a crowd that large. If you’re worried about that type of thing, then definitely steer clear from the concert scene.

Okay, let’s get to the good part. We were seated quickly and had fantastic seats. The Transiberian Orchestra was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was a fantastic show and we all enjoyed it. It felt good to go to a concert again and have some sort of normalcy.

We weren’t going to attend another concert, but after this, I think we might.

Vivint Arena is the gold standard for arenas in mid sized cities. Comfortable seating options. Several food options. Good customer service.

Home to the Utah Jazz, the coolest team on the planet! I've only had good experiences here. Upper bowl tickets are fairly cheap and lower bowl tickets are expensive but come with special perks. It's as simple as that. If you're lucky enough to have a lower bowl ticket, it's an experience of a lifetime! Go Jazz!

Awesome arena. Great staff helping in fans to their seats. Food was a little pricy as of any pro games. 2 pretzel water soda cheese for pretzel 24 dollars not that bad but parking waa, free plus was an international game playing the Perth would love to go back

Amazing stadium. I went there to attend the doTerra gala followed by a One Republic concert. A lot of different food options (we had Little Ceasars), the sound was great. I will definitely come back to see a Jazz game when I have the chance.

The arena is amazing. Right in the heart of SLC downtown. Very well constructed, multiple entrances for easy access. Wonderful staff and lots of eateries options. The basketball court, huge LCDs, LED displays, lighting, banners everything is good. Good connectivity to reach. Must visit.
