The food options have been improved, but as far as acoustics go... This is a sports arena. overall it always kind of sounds like they're singing into a toilet bowl but an amazing performer like Sir John still knocked it out of the park!!!

Fun venue for the Jazz. We were way up at the top of the arena but was able to follow the action. The jumbo screens made it all possible. Used Tracks rail system to not have to fight for parking.

Not a bad arena, but it's right in the middle of downtown and parking can be a chore. Be prepared to pay at least $15. The Maverik Center, SLC's other big arena, is in a better location and usually has free parking.

This was so much fun! The band (The Killers) sounded amazing and it was cool to see some of the behind the scenes from our seats. Good food, Arena prices, clean bathrooms and drinking fountains if you don't want to pay for expensive water. Super cool lighting effects. Overall, it was an awesome night.

Came here three years ago and had a great time at the Utah Jazz game.

Super friendly staff. Big game day vs Dallas. Boy it was NOISY, in a good way.

Vivint is a great venue. I love concerts here. Not a sports person so selfishly, I wish more acts could tour here. Food and beverages are a fair value for price. Numerous options but I am partial to a classic soft pretzel and beer. Very cool to see a favorite local spot Proper Burger as an option too. Bottled, draft, and local options available as well as various hard seltzers forgluten-fre beer. I love that local businesses are spot lighted in a venue that has visitors from out of town. Facilities are clean and staff is present if you need assistance. Staff was remarkable and friendly. A man with glasses asked if we needed help finding our seats or anything else. We asked if there were multiple merch tables for Kendrick Lamar. He provided clear directions to the table locations and even said one table had a shorter line about 5 mins ago. We decided to get a snack and drink instead as we weren’t sure what merch we wanted. Ran into the same staff member. He recognized us out of the 100s of new faces he had already seen just before the show and still managed to make us feel welcome and check in with us from a short distance with a warm nod to acknowledge that we were still doing okay. Security was fast and efficient. View from section 105-lower rows.

Great place to see Jazz games and pretty good for concerts too. It’s a little too echo-y to sound great but unfortunately it’s where the big names all come. It’s comfortable and handles crowds well though.
