Vivint Arena

We come here all the time, it’s always been fun and the staff is great. Until the last time it was a nightmare, First time I was allowed to bring my small clear clutch in that hits the requirements for their bag protocols, the next time the security was so rude to me about it after I have brought this bag into numerous concerts and jazz games he told me to either throw away my purse, or to put it in the checked bag that you have to walk halfway around the building for in the freezing, cold weather he was so rude about it. I understand they have a job to do but their security there need to get a better handle on all being on the same page because depending on the concert or the game you never know what the protocols are going to be or the rules because they change on who is working. I was very disappointed in how they treated us.

Junior Jazz night for kids, and the theme of the night was Star Wars (good combination). Ticket checking was easy and quick. Note that bags weren't allowed except diaper bags, and those all went through the x-ray (of course).

So nice having this venue in our area. Love coming here to see concerts and Jazz games.

Awesome place to catch a Jazz game or concert. The remodel was done very well. The new padded seats are very comfortable and convenient. All the concessions are high class and delicious. Only wish they had more gluten free options with proper training. Also have awesome security staff and ticket masters.

What an absolutely great arena so beautiful on the inside and tons of space you never really feel crowded

I love the Arena. The audio and the lights are on another level. I really enjoyed watching the utah jazz and the show was amazing. I’m planning to return many times. If you are hesitating to go, trust me and go ahead. I had a great experience

It was such a great & unique experience to work at the jazz arena…AT FIRST! then I started to sense some animosity coming from the supervisor Kelsey ( works at levy buffet) she started making me uneasy & not comfortable coming into work every time we seen each other she would single me out & start assuming I was not doing my job or I was late coming in anyways these interactions would happen every shift to the point where I felt she was almost stalking me probably waiting for me to do something wrong but I work my but off for the company & patrons that come to experience the game. now she found a way to fire me I enjoyed working here but now I’m told to not come back this woman has lied, patronize & targeted me for no reason just wanted to share my view on this whole experience & wanted to prepare anyone getting hired to work here to beware of this supervisor.

Great arena. Home of the Utah Jazz! They have concerts here as well. Very expensive food and drinks. I will say they have a variety of food so that's really nice. Would recommend!

Had a great time at the jazz game last night with the family! The staff were excellent! Security was fantastic, bathrooms and seating areas were very clean, and it was warm. When you come to watch a game or other event here plan on extra expenses for everything. If you are on a budget I would recommend drinking Pedialyte before the game to keep yourself very well hydrated. Water will run you $5 a bottle and we found only one operational drinking fountain on the top level. There's a lot of awesome food choices but expect to pay Disneyland prices. Also, no bags are allowed, not even purses so pack what you need in a clutch if you need any small items. There are very few negatives, these is a fantastic arena with an awesome team!
