Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Saturday, November 27, 25 minutes before 9pm short white lady with pink hair close the door on my foot as I was more than half in with my children and rudely told me that they’re not taking any more customers and suggested I go to a water fountain inside Norstrom‘s. Extremely rude and unprofessional she was worried more about closing the store then taking care of customers.

Had the breakfast sandwich which was mediocre. good service. nice venue.

Unlike your department store this place is great. I loved the coffee and service.

The E-Bar is probably my favorite coffee shop to go to now, the go-to drink for me has got to be the blended mocha bianco (a frozen white chocolate mocha) very creamy and very good.
There's a lot of good undiscovered "lesser" known options here so it's great to give the baristas the freedom to make something for you.

Their drinks are really good. The blended are almost like a shake because they are blended so well. Really smooth not icy texture.

Visited this coffee shop on a Friday evening with my husband. It was a little busy but nothing too crazy. It is located right next to Nordstrom in the City Creek mall area. There is a fountain right outside. The store is quite small but offers a fair amount of options. They had coffee, smoothies, and other cold drinks. There were muffins and other types of coffee shop cakes.

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is the price and how high everything cost. I figured the location has a lot to do with the high prices. The smoothie we ordered was around $7. The staff were friendly and helpful. They take your name and call it out when your order is ready. They had lots of seating. Great vibe.

Idyllic place to stay to rest and refresh with good coffee, capocino, tea, or juice; accompanied by a good biscuit, cake, sandwiches, or toast. Alone (if selfish) while family goes shopping, or with family (if you have a sacrificial spirit) after shopping.

My son received the wrong drink probably by mistake. The Barista that was working on 12/11/21 was arguing with me on remaking my son's drink. I asked peppermint strawberry storm and got chocolate peppermint shake. The Barista then told me it's basically the same. Wow!! Really?! Stay away from here. Very bad customer service!!!
